This is for the Delivery not Eat-​In:
Quality of delivery food has diminished consistently over the past couple of months. I’ve gone in-​person a year ago and the food and service was great, but the last 3 times the breakfast delivery has been very sub-​par compared with the price.
Food comes lukewarm and the taste isn’t that great. Are they using frozen bagels and pork sausage now? Who knows, probably.
The last time I ordered the pancakes and french toast it was OK but consistently the eggs have been lackluster. This rating is not 3 stars because I expect better from a place which thrives on Breakfast options. If it were a Diner that focused on burgers I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Also it took almost an hour for them to deliver a simple breakfast sandwich, tea and muffin.
Not sure what happened here. New Management? Step it up.

Ordered delivery today via seamless.
The food was really just OK, I did have higher expectations since I read a lot of reviews that praise this place.
I ordered the chicken caesar wrap and a coffee. (yes, a coffee delivered, don’t judge me!!) Chicken caesar wrap was smaller than some others I’ve had around here and the chicken seemed to have a weird consistency, kind of chewy, not very fresh tasting. I also requested that they add tomatoes to the wrap and it arrived with no tomatoes. Ended up only eating about half the wrap, that chicken– yikes. On seamless it also says the wrap is served with pickle on the side, no pickle delivered :(
The impressive part about this delivery was that it arrived before the estimated delivery time and my coffee was perfectly intact and HOT, which I was not expecting! Good house coffee.
I would probably try Café Via Espresso again and opt for something off their breakfast menu, if anything.

I love this place. It’s cute and quaint, the food is great, the staff is friendly, and the menu is huge. I recommend anything from the breakfast menu, particularly the Big Mess wrap, which is essentially a bacon, egg and cheese with pico de gallo on it. The corned beef hash is also great.

Really like this place! Been there a few times since moving to the area a few weeks ago. Great go-​to food and wonderful iced coffee; even have almond milk! Going to try the juice bar soon.

Went here last month but when ordered food they kinda slow and i ordered macchiato with flavor i said –the lady gave me a very small cup like a sample cup and she didnt put the flavor at all! I paid 4 dollars for a crazy sample cup! I think she was confuse or something

This is a true gem with its various city rich decorations, clean space, great service and really all-​around yummy menu!
I first went for breakfast and got a classic bacon egg and cheese with a fruit bowl. I almost couldn’t finish my sandwich because the fruit bowl was so fresh I didn’t want to miss a single berry or melon! (I did share a delicious banana slice but nothing more!)
My boyfriend got a great sandwich that flew off his plate once he got it, and the presentation was great!
We’ve also ordered dinner another night and it was ready super fast, perfectly made and just as scrumptious as breakfast!!! We are in love!
I really love all the seating options as well, sidewalk people watching to comfy coffee house style chairs and classic family style tables. There is something for everyone at this great corner café!
Can’t go wrong having Stewart’s bottled soda and a soccer game on either!

I love this place, they have everything you could want for breakfast and lunch, even freshly squeezed juices and smoothies! I’m spoiled now and will only drink freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff here is super friendly too.

This is based on trying them for the first time today for lunch based on all the rave reviews on Unilocal,duh!
I had the Reuben sandwich minus the Russian dressing and added lettuce, tomato and mustard making it into more of a pastrami sandwich with sauerkraut. One thing you have to understand, I absolutely love pastrami! Give me anything topped with pastrami and I’ll eat it!
So, the bread was toasted and caramelized with butter to perfection. The swiss cheese was melted and fused with pastrami like old souls. Everything was top notch including the condiments.
Only constructive feedback I have for this joint is that there was simply too little pastrami. I mean like only 2 slices worth. You guys can do better than that, way better.
I’m in pastrami heaven right now :)

I absolutely love this place.
I typically stop by here on my way from the bus stop or on my way to the bus stop. Each time, the man behind the counter has been extremely patient and welcoming. There are usually a couple people in there but never crowded, there’s a TV and lots of food options to choose from!
I work from home and I study sometimes on the weekends, and this is a really great place for sitting and reading or getting work done if you ever need to.
I’ve tried their coffee, lattes, breakfast sandwich, and juice and they’ve never disappointed. The last time I was there, I tried the iced lemon cake with my coffee and it was really good. Very moist!

Amazing breakfast spot in my hood. Had the french toast with bananas and strawberries, scrambled eggs and bacon with a latte. The latte was so delicious! The food was not greasy and it was really fresh. We will be back! Reasonably priced.

Café Via Espresso has FIVE STAR customer service.
It’s their standard, ordinary, bland diner food that I thought was pretty ‘meh’. I can see how this place is great for a quick coffee/​snack fix, but as a restaurant, the food they serve up ranges from good to blah — nothing to ooh or ahh, or rave about. Café Via Espresso is cheap and fast grub, with super friendly service. Their drinks are definitely their forte.
The Carrot, Orange, Beet juice is the best thing I’ve had from Via Espresso so far.
Café Via Espresso gets an A-​OK from me, because I like their juice, tea, lemonade, and coffee selection. If I could give a 3.5, I would, but I can’t — and I don’t see myself coming back here often, so I can’t rationalize a 4-​star «I’m a fan» rating.
