Dunkin’ Donuts

Every time I come in here I’m always greater with attitude followed by a wrong order.
Today I came in asking for a green tea without sugar or lemon. Was given a green tea with both lemon and sugar followed by an eye roll, dumping out and using the same glass to put in regular tea and lemon. FINALLY I got a green tea that tasted like it was a mixture of regular tea.

They rarely get food right the first time, the cashier is nice but never understands what i am ordering, today i asked for and sausage egg white wake-​up wrap, i pointed at it on the menu she said she got it and i ended up with a piece of sausage and cheese in a wrap, no egg?. that’s the last straw I’m done with this place

Two stars. What else would you expect from DD? They got my order right and it was alright, but the table was filthy. And I wasn’t too pleased to repeat my order 4 times to the cashier. Also, why do I feel like the order taker wants to kill me for ordering something that is on the menu? Those hash browns are damn good though…

This is a Dunkin’ Donuts. I don’t hat you’d be expecting, but if you expect standard DD fare, you’re in luck.

Deserves no stars. Employees do not get orders right, even the manager ! They repeat the order wrong! Out loud… Bad attitudes on employees and they are slow…

This DD is horrible! I go to the gym in this shopping complex and every morning for two weeks I went the DD. I simply want coffe a toasted wheat bagel and chiv cream cheese. Everyday there bagels are STALE and never have Chiv Cream cheese. I think the employees are all family because they are always fighting in the morning like husband and wife. This DD should be inspected by corporate.

Coffee tastes like battery acid here, donuts taste like art supplies, and the staff hates you the minute you walk in.

Today was my last time in this location. I had to repeat several times my order, and still cashier just ignored me and packed wrong donuts for me. She was mainly interested in her conversation with her coworker, and my visit seemed to bother her. Finally, I started screaming my order to call for attention but she just ignored me and made funny face that I interrupted her while she was packing donuts that I didn’t ask for.
DD at Ditmars and Steinway is much better and nicer.

Poorly trained employees. Makes me wonder if they go through any type of training at all. Cashier greets me by coughing in my direction and not even attempting to cover her mouth. I only had to repeat my order to three people like 4 times and they still managed to screw up order. Ordered pumpkin spice coffee n got regular coffee. Ordered a vanilla shake and basically got a cup of milk for $ 5. The only reason they get my business is cuz they have a parking lot. I would have had them redo my order had I stayed in the place.

Quick service! We had the tricup slurpee. Whoo the vanilla waaaay to sweet, bluberry was sour with a slight blueberry flavor and cherry is sour and tastes like strawberry. Close but no real slurpee… We love the captain america tri cup. The chicken salad croissant was good but a wee bit less mayo so the salad doesnt squish out the sandwich. Turkey, cheddar bacon flatbread was deeeelicious!

Thank you, Dunkin Donuts employee, for making me repeat my coffee order 3 times… At least you got it right and it tasted great or this would have automatically turned into a one-​star review.
No thanks for giving me a literal mound of cream cheese on my bagel to the point that half of it squirted out whenever I bit into it.
Oh, DD, one day I’ll find the perfect you… Somewhere.

Service is slower than most DD, like 31^st St on ditmars. kichen seem cleaner, hence I usually get hot food to go. LGA no longer has DD before entering secure area, it’s nice to order donuts and coffee before heading to the airport.
Usually packed with family eating quality breakfast. It has its «own» parking lot and easy to drive in from Ditmars, but no wayt to get back to Dirmars since the exst is one way street.

The only DD that’s worse than this one is the one on Ditmars and 31 street.
The cashiers are ALWAYS rude and act like I’m bothering them. I have to repeat my simple order of coffee three times every time I’m there.
It IS cleaner than other DD’s I’ll give it that. The donuts and food aren’t horrible but it’s places like this that force me to go to Starbucks.
update: I removed one star after a recent visit.
I ordered a coffee and a glazed donut stick, got outside and realized they gave me a plain stick filled with jelly. I went right back in and asked for a glazed stick. The cashier had a HUGE attitude and he bagged me a new donut. I looked in the bag in front of him and it was a plain stick. I repeated my order. «I asked for *GLAZED* ». People around me were boggled by this. I can understand getting orders wrong, once, even twice, but the eye rolling between cashiers and attitude was unacceptable.
The only reason I even bother is because it’s right next to the laundry mat I use. Avoid if you can!
