Left me in the cold with no oil delivery, and no phone call.
i spoke with Alfredo on a monday, was going to set everything up for a delivery the next day, told me he would call me later and never did, and ignored my phone calls– both to his cell phone and the office number.
it’s completely unprofessional to do this to a customer. we were trying to set up automatic delivery plan, and i guess he decided against it.
all he had to do was give me a call back to let me know he’d prefer working on a cash basis.
after boasting about being a «small, family, customer-​service» oriented company– he’s proven this company is anything BUT.
