This place is awful. Bad service. I’ve been to At&t on the West Coast and East Coast over the past 10 years. I love Astoria cause I live here but I recently got ripped off at this location. The service was mediocre but the manager was even worse. I had a better, focused experience on the phone with At&t operator rather than this store. I hope this place sinks. Bad vibes.

My phone is not receiving or sending text messages. I walk in and I’m greeted by a guy who asks what I’m there for, as I’m explaining myself he throws a tablet in my face and tells me to sign in with my name and phone number. I finish and hand the tablet in to him and he tells me «someone will be with your shortly» turns around and walks away. Without saying another word. Why ask what my problem is if you’re not going to help? I already spent 20 minutes on the phone with ATT, another 10 trying to reach you over the phone with no response, now I must wait another 15 minutes in the store while you walk around with a tablet doing nothing?
