Antonopoulos Funeral Home provided us with first class service from the very beginning of our encounter with them to the very end.
First, a little background. My girlfriend and I were searching for a funeral home that could help guide us through a rather complicated set of needs. We needed to bury her mother here, for several years, but with the knowledge that we would ultimately be sending her home to her final resting place abroad. We called many funeral homes to enquire about the logistics of this. Many were dismissive of our needs, or could not handle them. Some were outright antagonistic. Antonopoulos was different.
Dominic took care to respect our desires and work to help us achieve them from our very first phone call. He listened, showed respect both on the phone and in person, and assured us from the start that our needs were reasonable, manageable, and achievable. After that call, it was an easy choice to go with their services. And, we were not disappointed at any point with that choice.
Dominic was sensitive not only to our needs but our budget and worked to guide us through everything, including securing a burial location and making sure we did everything that was necessary from a religious standpoint. At every point, he was gracious, available, and helpful. I cannot imagine how we would’ve managed everything without him.
Anyone who finds themselves reading a review of a funeral home likely has a tough time period in store for them. Choosing the right funeral home can’t turn a bad situation into a good one, but it helps a lot. I have no doubt that we chose the right one.
