This Pizza Hut is disgusting. They delivered a pizza and dessert after 2 hours. Staunch cold. The pizza was like cardboard. I immediately got in my car and drove there to return the pizza. They said I could have a credit. I told them I would never be back. They gave me the cash. Additionally, I wrote to the CEO of YUM brands. No, surprise no response. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place. They just don’t care!

This is the worst place ever!!! The staff doesn’t care. It takes forever to get your order and then it’s wrong. I’ve even tried pick up but it’s just as bad. I gave this place 3 chances And each one was a Fail. Fail. Fail.

I absolutely love the Pizza Hut on Kings Charter Drive in Ashland. We have a Pizza Hut about 5 minutes from home, but I’ll drive an extra 5 – 10 minutes just to get my Pizza Hut pizzas from this particular store. Everyone is super friendly, the food is delicious, and we are treated like valued customers each and every time we go there.

Ordered pizza at 630 pm. Still waiting 75 minutes later. Store keeps stating driver is on the way for the last 25 minutes. Will not order from here again due to lack of efficiency and workers that were less than sympathetic.

Never delivered pizza after 90 minutes. Called to cancel. Person on phone didn’t apologize and said driver left 30 minutes prior. We live 2 miles away. Got dominos instead. Came in 25 min.
