I’d NEVER even considered a personal trainer. I know what to do(don’t we all), but now that I’ve hit my 30’s… dang it, pizza at midnight is no longer an option *NOT without consequence*. It was after my BFF questioned my yoga pants as daily attire, that I KNEW I had to do something drastic. Where does any sedate individual go when given a challenge? Yes, the internet(lol). I contacted Travis Patrick and he was very responsive and not at all pushy or intimidating *whew* After my initial consultation: Travis asked me my goals, general questions/physical concerns and somehow got me to start working out(just 20 minutes later) with some basics. I’m assuming to gauge my current abilities(at the time) *no comment on my results* Let’s just say, my version of «mountain climbers» was laughable. Travis has been AWESOME! He is BOTH knowledgeable and TRAINED for this. No workout is ever the same, so you can’t be bored and your body is constantly challenged to do more. He DEF keeps me MOTIVATED(even when I’m feeling tired) and when I work out with him I push HARDER, hold LONGER and DOMORE than I do on my own in the gym and dare I say… I feel GREATAFTERWARDS!!! *BIG Smiles* ***Starting week 2: OMFG, I feel SO much better! Travis has single-handedly helped me get out of my rut. They say that it takes 20 days to form a «habit». It takes 4 weeks for you to see results. It takes 8 weeks for someone ELSE to see results. It takes 12 weeks for EVERYONEELSE to notice. Week 3: Ok, I CANDOTHIS!!! I’m no longer out of breath going up stairs and my jeans still fit AFTER they come out of the dryer *ladies know what I’m talking about* I am also seeing small results(I’m very critical), so I am making small positive changes: I make better late night food choices(work in progress), eat breakfast daily(to increase my metabolism) AND drink WAY more water on a daily; this helps me : After working with Travis, I feel so much better… with him guiding me to meet/reach small milestones; I AM Motivated!!!
