Sheryl is fantastic! I have taken both her prenatal yoga and baby yoga classes and I can’t recommend her enough! I was able to do her prenatal yoga class through most of my last pregnancy and it was often the highlight of my week. Gentle stretching, strengthening and relaxation that was perfectly suited for a pregnant women’s changing body. I credit this yoga class to feeling in much better shape and more energetic then my previous pregnancies. Sheryl really understands the pregnant body and creates a loving warm atmosphere that is so comforting and helpful during this important and transitional time.
