Freelon Property Inspections

This is an update to my previous review. It is now 04/​04/​2013 and last night I received an email from the owner of the company. He said that he was going through open invoices and found mine and requested that I look for my records. I paid the owner cash the day of the Inspection and apparently he had no record of my payment. Luckily I kept my receipt, which he had signed and wrote «paid cash» on it. I just think it is very unprofessional to contact a customer 8 months after a service and request that they look for record of payment. If I had tossed that receipt or lost it, I’m sure he would have been knocking on the door for his payment which I had already paid. It’s a shame that this happened, very unprofessional. I feel if you leave an invoice open for 8 months and don’t know if the person paid you or not, you should eat it.
