Bear Creek Lock Safe & Alarm Inc

I went in with a very easy, quick question. I wanted to know if they had backup keys for a sentrysafe. Should be a quick in and out visit.
There was one customer in the store ahead of me browsing so I waited. After they finished up with him and he left, I walked up to the counter to ask my question… and there I stood. No one had said «Hello» when I walked in and no noone was acknowledging that I was there. Four people behind the counter out front, at least one person tinkering around in back. Two people walked past me, lowering their eyes as they did so as not to make eye contact. I am 6’1″, 195lbs and am not very hard to miss, especially when I am the only customer in what seems to be a 15×15ft waiting area.
I waited longer than I felt I should and when I was sick of waiting around without even being acknowledged, I left. I will not be returning.

Super fast work. My parents came to visit me from portland and happened to have the ONE key to our storage unit (which is in eugene… yeah) and they were like, «is there a lock smith here? We might as well just get copies made now so we don’t have to fricken mail the key to each other when we need to get into the storage.» So, we came here. He made two more keys and it barely took five minutes. I didn’t talk to the guy who made them, but he seemed friendly enough.
They also have a huge selection of different key designs! Really fun ones, too. Also different color key rings (which I didn’t even know existed?..) and cool key chains.
I don’t know anything about what other services they do, but I would definitely recommend this place to anybody just looking to get some keys made.

These guys do very good work on alarm systems. They are not secretaries so they may not do well with messages and such, but I got quotes and system overviews from three companies and these guys had the highest tech set ups for remote monitoring and data communications. In the last two years they have advanced past the competitors in tech area. I have their system in two business and one home. I can arm and disarm on vacation so the house sitter can come and go, I can also monitor which rooms the house sitter goes in and out of and I can also create separate perimeters that stay activated when the rest of the house is clear for moving around so I can leave my pets in a safe room, but if someone breaks in it will still go off.

You know what a locksmith should be able to do? They should be able to duplicate keys. Of all the things you should be able to take for granted is walking into a locksmith shop and having keys made.
I hired Bear Creek to change the locks on a new house. Their service was great, right on time, pleasant locksmith and efficient job. That was until it came time to try the keys. A couple of the keys worked, sort of, in some of the new locks.
After two or three trips to their store I finally have a few keys that work and the next time I need a spare I’ll just walking into the local hardware store.

I have called 3 times and each time spoke with a person that said they would have someone call me back to to talk about setting up a new alarm system. No one has called, so no thanks.
