Came here on a tip from a friend. Hipster heaven. The register is those ipads w card swipey thing manned by a very chill guy in a beanie. The food was above par for being all vegan! I really like the spring rolls w a nice surprise of dried seaweed and the dipping sauce had a lot of flavor. The juices are expensive but tasty. My «panini» was so full of stuff it was hard to eat but thats a good problem to have. I would come back if I ever turn vegetarian(never).

Their juices and foods are all organic and so fresh! You feel energized after partaking of anything they have to offer. I stop anytime I have the opportunity they are so good! My favorite juice is one they call ‘Breathe’ and my favorite lunch is a curry wrap. Great service too.

Delicious, healthy, fresh food and smoothies. But it is a bit on the pricey side. $ 10 smoothies? I’ll make mine at home. Not something I could afford on the regular, but will definitely be back from time to time to treat myself!

Best smoothies I’ve found anywhere in the country. We were in Asheville for weeks and I went almost every day they were open. Great dietary options and awesome staff.

I don’t know why it has taken me so long to write a review for Elements because I am there at least once every two weeks, if not every week. Their menu is small, but offers the most delicious raw foods and tends to change week to week depending on what fresh veggies they have. I think a lot of people are hesitant to try«raw» foods because we’re so used to our deep fried southern comfort foods. I will admit, I was a little bit skeptical when I saw that the noodles were really spiralized vegetables. But really, this food is GOOD. It tastes so fresh and is surprisingly filling. I have tried many things on their menu but my favorite continues to be their Asian Kelp Noodle Salad. I highly recommend it to anyone that doesn’t know where to start when trying raw food for the first time. This dish contains tons of flavor and the creamy sauce that the kelp noodles are tossed in is DELICIOUS. I also highly recommend the Curry Wrap. It is full of deliciously fresh vegetables and the curry gives it a huge kick of flavor. Try it on the collard crap for it to be «completely raw». The fresh collard complements the curry sauce perfectly. Lastly, their coconut cashew cookies are tiny little bites of heaven. They are pricey, but VERY worth the cost. I never thought a completely raw cookie could be so tasty! Being that Elements recently opened, I realize that many people still haven’t had the chance to try out this new restaurant in the midst of all the great options in downtown Asheville. Put this on your list! This is the perfect lunch spot! Also, they offer Chef Boxes, prepackaged meals that come with all the ingredients and instructions for you to cook your own raw food at home serving anywhere from 2 – 4 people(depending on how much you eat). I have yet to give one of these a try, but its on my list! Overall, this restaurant is a great addition to Asheville and I believe that it will thrive. Do not be scared away by the all raw and vegetarian menu. This food is seriously delicious and fresh. Also, the employees are really respectable and nice. The open concept of the restaurant allows you to talk with them as they prepare your food.

My first experience of this place was going to get some juices and I got«talked into» getting a cookie by a fellow customer(okay, he didn’t have to try very hard). Both were excellent. I can tell the ingredients are VERY high quality. Next day I went back from some more juices and a salad. I ended up getting the kelp noodle salad and the raw chili. The raw chili, I don’t know what’s in it, but you have GOT to try it. It might even have mushrooms, which I despise, but I don’t care :) — I’ll order it again. GREAT prices for the amount of food and beautiful presentation. The noodle salad was full of vegetables/fruit like corn, cabbage, multiple colors of bell peppers, green onion. Nothing is overly salty or fatty. Also… no one twisted my arm, but I got the lemon coconut pie. YES, awesome flavor and the crust is the perfect texture. I have eaten at raw food restaurants all over the United States, including NYC. This place is the best yet, in my opinion. Just try it! :)

This place is only a month old, but I can smell and TASTE some serious potential! My guy and I were so stoked to try this place after finishing a 3-day sugar free green juice fast because of the array of raw vegan options this place has to offer. The venue is a beautiful, spacious, perfect spot for a juice bar, and I overheard that they have a greenhouse behind the café where they grow their own food. LOVE that! Between the two of us, we split the Breathe juice, Maca Mylk, Shiitake Rolls, and the Market Salad sampler. I am in love with the Beet Salad!!! We loved the Maca Mylk so much that we had to buy one togo, and all of their cold press juices and mylks are provided in a glass container that you can either recycle back to them or take home. We couldn’t get enough of Elements, that we had to return the next day to try the Cashew Cacao Mylk which was just as good at the Maca! The ONLY thing I have to say about this place is that they currently do not have gluten-free bread… YET. The owners are graciously trying to keep the café completely plant-based and every local gluten-free bread they’ve looked into either has eggs or canola oil in it. I totally respect that and they will gladly make any of their sandwiches in wrapped collard greens. I hope they find a gluten-free bread source soon — I can’t wait to try their pressed sandwiches! I know this place is going to flourish in Asheville’s health-conscious community, and it’s conveniently located RIGHT next to Asheville Yoga Center. What a win-win for both places. Needless to say, I will be a regular costumer!

I met some friends from Asheville vegan society here for lunch. They easily accommodated our group with the sliding of some tables. I got the Pesto Panini sandwich, it was the best Panini I have had in a long time; ok ever, why not! The portion sizes seem to be just right, as I was nice and full after I finished all of it. Then for dessert I got the blueberry smoothie, mmmmmm! We are so happy to have more vegan specialty restaurants!
