You guys, confession time: I can be a pain in the ass about my hair. I mean, it SEEMS like an easy enough ask — blond highlights and a trim — all day every day. But, somehow … most stylists seem to lose their skills after my first or second visit, and I end up disappointed. Do they get bored? Complacent? Dizzy from the bleach fumes? I DON’T KNOW, but I do know I’m an admittedly picky vain little flower and I like my hair to look HAWT alright?!
Anyway, my visit with Casi has left me happier with my tresses than I have been in a long time. She used two different blond hues to give me more dimension, AND layered my bangs in the most amazing way. Love her and adore this cute spot from top to bottom.
(Did I mention you can book your appointment online, which is the most convenient thing ever?! This is 2015, why isn’t everything so easy?! Back to the Future lied to us.)

My favorite thing about this place is that you can book online. No, really book online, not send them your information and they call you and tell you whats available, but literally see whats available and pick which appointment you want! Its great!!! I love that!!!
I got a womans hair cut by Wesley. He did a wonderful job. Love the way he cut my hair, love the neck/​scalp massage.
Everyone in the salon was super nice and friendly from the moment I walked in. I will definietly be going back and would recommend this salon to anyone.
I guess the only downfall is… downtown parking. eh.

I guess I’m a vain person. I love new makeup, I love buying clothes, I love indulging in shoes. But nothing makes me feel sassier than a fresh hairdo. Sara Jane at Eclipse salon always makes me feel like an amazing, sassy goddess. She is a careful listener, but she also has the amazing ability to understand my hair, and understand my needs and limitations (I don’t, and never will own a hairdryer or flatiron, and I just can’t style my hair myself. EVER. I’m a «wash and go» girl, for sure.). She always delivers with an easy, flawless hairstyle that works for me, my hair, and my life. I leave knowing I will look just as perfect a week from then, with my lack of attention and appliances, as I do fresh out of the salon. I trust her with my tresses, and that says a lot! So if you’re lookin for a little more sass in your ensemble, you should go check her out! Because, let’s be honest, no outfit is complete without a perfect hairdo.

What a wonderful experience at Eclipse Salon today! The salon was adorable and everyone was very welcoming. I was offered a variety of beverages as soon as I walked in. My stylist, Sara Jane, was so friendly and we had a great time chatting (it’s always fun to meet a fellow traveler!). She really listened to what I wanted, offered her expertise and did a fantastic job. My color turned out beautiful and I got a great cut. I couldn’t be happier with the results and overall experience. This is definitely my Asheville salon!

Casi did an excellent job translating what I wanted into something that looked great for weeks. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Love love love! I go to the fabulous Sara Jane to get my curly hair cut and will keep going as long as I’m/she’s in Asheville. It’s not easy to find someone to trust your curls with, and I fully trust SJ.
I could go on about Sara Jane, but let me address the salon as well. The service is great from the moment you walk in. Everyone is incredibly friendly and the salon is very comfortable.
They have an online scheduling program, so you can make an appointment or see what’s available any time. Which I find very helpful. I definitely recommend to anyone in town or stopping through.

Wesley gave me exactly what I asked for. Most stylists try to polish me up with their ideal of what my hair should be and don’t really listen to what I’m truly looking for. He’s fantastic ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would return.

I love Eclipse Salon. From the minute you walk in and are greeted it is a fantastic experience. The staff is friendly and professional, offering you a beverage (they have a wonderful selection of tea) and a comfortable place to sit. The Salon is decorated in local art that changes monthly… always interesting. Eclipse sells Bumble & Bumble hair care line, I love their products!
I have been seeing Casi at the salon for over a year… I love the way she cuts my hair! I’d recommend her to anyone, male or female. Whoever you see at this great Wall St. salon you’ll love your experience!

I have been going to eclipse for years to see Jen and recently Kasey. Great haircuts, atmosphere and people. My wife also goes regularly and enjoys her styling as well. The shop was recommended to us when we moved here, and I have been happy to pass that on to other newcomers.

Frankie Bolt gives great hair AND awesome color. Plus she’s a super cool person to hang out with for an hour or so! (Carlton is great, too)

Best haircut I’ve had in ages. Carlton was amazing and did a wonderful job cutting my very long hair into a cute and edgy yet professional short style. Will go here for every haircut. Slightly expensive, but VERY WORTH IT!
