NEVER AGAIN.
After an hour of waiting for my pizza I called the store.
Was told it was in route. (they are less than 5 minutes from my home)
After 10 minutes called back. I was told this time they were leaving the store now.
After 10 minutes I drove to a fast food place, ordered, drove home and found the delivery driver at my door. My guess is they forgot to make my pizza until I called.
NEVER AGAIN. HORRIBLE BUSINESS

Don’t call here… Hour and ½ still hadn’t started making it. I understand an hour but not an hour & ½. Call someone else if you want to eat anytime soon.

So I like their pizza, but I could use it with a little less sarcasm, and also a little more coke… and a knife to cut the «bread stick». Notice the lack of s on the end of bread sticks. That’s because, in my opinion, for there to be bread sticks, the have to be cut (see pictures). Also my almost $ 3 2 liter of coke was awfully lonely without his companion that I ordered. At least this time they didn’t forget one of the pizzas (true story), and the driver was kind enough to offer to go buy one himself. The kicker though was a simple request to draw a picture inside of the pizza box. The response I got was «No :)». Now I not only have less coke and more culinary skills, but I have the disheartening smiley face of doom, glaring at me from the lid of my pizza box. Boooo dominoes!

The service here is atrocious. Endless excuses on why the online tracker isn’t real life accurate. And why a 20 to 30 minute delivery to a location 6 minutes away takes 1 ½ hours. On top of the wait the pizza was cold. The order was very simple and easy to make. 1 pizza and 1 dessert. Carryout hasn’t been any better. A 10 to 15 minute pickup time takes an additional 30 minutes of waiting at the store. All the while watching walk in customers ordering and leaving with their got fresh orders. The service has been on steady decline for months. Love Dominos pizza, despise this store. Save yourself a headache and shop some where else. Even if elsewhere is more expensive, a hot pizza, fast delivery and good customer service is worth it.

Dominos pizza on Patton avenue rocks! The manager Ron was professional in handling my order. The driver was early and my pizza was hot and fabulous!
I had the gluten free California veggie pizza which I was skeptical about ordering. But, it was probably the best gluten free pizza I have ever had! I will order again!
In a world that is under staffed, under paid and unappreciated, you guys shine! Thanks for making my experience a great one!

Wow. Just wow. I mean I get it jobs suck sometimes and stuff but that kid behind the counter tonight needed to just go home. We would have called in a delivery being centrally located in town close by but were told they do not deliver to us. After being told they do. Yeah great teamwork. The only person we saw working his butt off tonight was the guy making the pizzas. So we give up. No more Dominos for us. The pizza was dry and as lifeless as the pissed off kid behind the counter. Do not bother. there are tons of pizza places to choose from. Where friendly life filled people work and pizzas that taste good.

Well, to expand on the two star review that I wish I had read before my experience, 1 hour and 28 min. was the the total time it took from ordering to my door. Thanks to the app and the track your pizza feature that my kids were very keen on watching, I know that my pizzas sat on a hot rack having a «quality check» for at least 20+ min. That is just the time that we were aware of however. When it arrived, it was lukewarm and tasted like leftover pizza that was warmed up in a microwave. I can, almost, forgive the time it took due to the time of day when it was ordered, between 6 PM and 7 PM. The problem was the quality of the pizza that was delivered to my door. I was not expecting 5 star, but I was paying for more than the 1 star that was delivered. Without a doubt, I will be calling someone else or getting a DiGiorno pizza next time.
