Wonderful place. Definitely worth trying during your visit to the Biltmore. The Mountain Trout is absolutely delicious. Great wine selection. We loved the place!

Great food and wine after a day of touring the estate. We had just been to the winery and found a wine that we loved. The Bistro serves all of the wines from the winery so we enjoyed a glass of the Vanderbilt Reserve Pinot Noir with our delicious dinner.

To start, the service was wonderful!
The bread to start was such a lovely mix. My mom had the grilled chicken, it was delightful. So tender and flavorful. I did the panko special salmon and it was absolutely amazing!

A very limited, overpriced menu. The roast beef sandwich was good but not worth $ 16 or whatever it was.
Looking back I would’ve chosen the tapas place instead.

Stopped in for a light lunch before leaving Biltmore… sandwiches and chips were very good. French onion soup was warm, but not really hot. Ambiance was nice — quite.

I heard a lot about this place but I guess our visit was not the best. I had a $ 40 steak and the cut of meat was good but it had no taste. Normally a good steak needs none but not this day. My GF has Pork Tenderloin and she also said it was tasteless and dry.
The wine was good at $ 10 a glass so it had better be but then again so should the meats. Not impressed at all and we won’t return for dinner. Ruth Chris around the corner would be a better bet if you want a steak for sure.
Wait staff was ok though. One more thing. Not a place for kids but only because of the menu unless they have a kids menu.

This restaurant was exactly what we were looking for. The food and service were second to none. We came as a party of 5 with a toddler. They offered great child friendly options. We ordered the mushroom pizza and the grilled brocoli for an appetizer. Both were exceptional. The beer flight, blackberry lemonade and wine were all very well recieved. The sweet tea tasted homemade. I had the grilled romaine salad which was both unique and delicious. The stead was great as was the fettuccine.
I would very strongly recommend this restaurant.
