I had no idea this store existed. Was wandering around downtown and found this store. I was really excited and a little over whelmed. Tried to ask the lady at the tasting about things and she was completely rude and horrible. Sorry if my wanting to spend money at your store annoyed you so much. The lady was so rude I ended up just getting a honey stick and leaving. I really wanted to get a bunch of things but was so put off by the lady’s attitude I couldn’t bear the thought of giving my money to the place. The store has a great selection. It’s a shame.

Huge fan of this business! Such a beautiful shop loaded with all things bees & honey! They carry local delectable honey in many varieties and honey from all parts of world. They also carry lotion bars, perfumes, cool honey accessories and fun shirts and lots of other items that you will want and be fully convinced you need. A great place to pick up a unique and special gift for someone who appreciates gourmet and special items. You can test all the honey you want at the tasting bar. So fun! My favorites are Meadow foam and Ginger infused honey. The owner also makes her own infusions of chai and chocolate honey that are fabulous! Highly recommend! This is a must stop when you have visitors in town. Please support this lovely establishment.

I would have never thought I would enjoy a store as much as I enjoyed the Bee Charmer. Part of its charm is the«sample bar», where you get to hear and taste all varietals of honey.

I love honey. And I’ll sample the local honey(s) whenever given the chance. Tupelo honey used to be my favorite until I got to taste my godson’s honey in N.E. Brasil — which was like nectar of the Gods. At the Bee Charmer you get to sample different local honey on sticks. I really liked the Cedar Lake — sweet, with a hint of black/blueberries(I think), so I bought a jar. Friendly folks and very knowledgeable about the honey in these mountains.

Lot’s of variety with taste/sampling options. Bee products, wax, pollen, etc. Very helpful staff. Accessible with a little assistance.

They have honey tastings for most of their products. The honey dippers are only a dollar and are cute add-ons to bring home as gifts with the honey! My personal favorites are the blackberry honeys. They have a slightly sour aftertaste and go great with morning coffee.

This place is super cute. It has a decent size variety of honey, balms, all natural products, and punny bee shirts. They have a honey bar where you can sample the options before you purchase. If you want to find something local and charming, I would definitely recommend stopping by.

This place was even more awesome than I anticipated. I didn’t participate, but it seemed like most of the honey’s they sell were able to be sampled at a small bar-like area. Which is pretty darn amazing, because I’m not one for honey’s that are too flowery… and I expect to come back and taste my fair share. I only bought a small sample packet of honey for my man friend– but for me, I bought some roll on perfume, shea butter and a honey wand to make the honey we bought a few days ago even more fun and easy. Everything smells great in this store, and everyone who worked there was very friendly.
