Sweet Frog Premium Frozen Yogurt

I went here with my girlfriend and we each got a cup of yogurt. The cashier charged us double. I pointed out that the price was very high and he said that it was typical. I look at my receipt and he had in fact charged me twice for the same weight.
The cashier denied that I was charged twice even with the receipt in front of him. Another cashier came over and noticed the error, but said he couldn’t call his manager. Mind you, these kids were still in high school. He said to come back a week later. I did, and then they said they had cancelled it and to wait for the money to show up in my bank.
The money never showed up and I came back three consecutive times asking for a refund. Another employee working looked at me like I was crazy and said there was no way for her to refund me. She also said that she was unable to contact her manager, and to come back when the «manager» was available.
Finally, after a third visit with no manager in sight, I got the employee to call the manager and ask for a refund. I finally got my money back, with no apology from anyone.
TL;DR: the management here is a joke and someone was trying to take money from me. I would never go here again and have ensured that everyone I know will not go back to this location.

Love this place! Most Sweet Frog locations are pretty much standard fro-​yo. I always sample a few of the mixes and love the new gluten-​free options. Seriously, the time I have sampled a few cups, I really don’t need another big cup of fro-​yo. This visit was a family visit so everyone sampled and everyone purchased a hefty cup complete with «heavy» toppings thus making this a $ 30 trip to Sweet Frog. Staff is friendly’

Simply the best most awesome frozen yogurt I’ve ever had!!! The place is clean and the choice of toppings is amazing. I have food allergies and one of the staff actually allowed me to read the ingredients list on the mix. Wow! Very kind staff.

A nice, clean sweet frog with ample seating and good variety of toppings and fro-​yo choices, including many that are gluten free!

This is a summer time favorite for the wife and I. Conveniently located within walking distance. Damn you self control!
First off, they offer a great variety of size options, the smallest cup resembling a thimble, and the largest cup resembling the bucket I use to wash my car. I always get the size in the middle, but as I select my cup, I longingly gaze at the giant cup, dreaming of all of the ice cream it could hold.
Sweet Frog offers a few «Fat Free» or «Low Sugar» ice cream flavor options as well. I typically get one of the «Low Sugar» flavors, then proceed to overload my cup with pieces of Reeses peanut butter cups and chocolate fudge syrup. It feels good to eat healthy.
Lastly, the price of your ice cream cup is calculated by weight, thus if you are not a fatty, chances are you can get out of there paying a reasonable price. I, however, am a fatty, thus they have to get a shipping scale from the back room to weigh my cup because it is packed to the seams with pieces of candy bars.
In all, Sweet Frog is delicious and fairly cheap as long as you don’t factor in the cost of having to buy new, larger pants.

I like this place because no matter what mood your in they have a flavor that fits you. Everyone has always been very kind and friendly. Plus they have so many different types of toppings. I try to get something different every visit but that doesn’t always happen. I have my favorites!

First time visitor. Many varieties and even more toppings. For the same reason, the kids like it better than the competition. Three kids And I for $ 14.50 seemed a little much.

This sweetfrog gets a lot of our business. It’s usually a 5 star experience until we went on a weekday afternoon and a rude middle aged woman was working the register. She messed up on entering our sweetfrog app coupon and blamed us for it. First time we’ve ever had a negative experience. Might have to start going to the Sterling location.

I have only been to Sweet Frog twice. The first location that I went to was not pleasant. The service was poor. But at this Sweet Frog the employees were very friendly and service was great. This location is farther away than the other but great service is definitely worth the drive!

A close local yogurt location around Ashburn. There were quite a few choices of flavors and many toppings to choose from. An inexpensive place since you are paying what you get (they weigh your cup)!

Well, y’all know I love FroYo :) This place is pretty darn good! I liked the peanut butter froyo and enjoyed the toppings. The staff are friendly and nice. The store is clean and inviting.

Busy location! When I went they didn’t have as many fruit toppings as I usually find at most Sweet Frog locations (no banana or blueberries), but everything else was fine.

My wife and I have been to about four Sweetfrogs. If you have been to any others (two others in Northern VA I know of), Brambleton and Countryside, this one is very similar. Good selection of self serve frozen yogurt (approx. 12 – 15 different kinds) with toppings (40 – 50 different kinds). Staff was nice enough to provide sample cups upon request. A decent, full small cup (which is usually big enough for most people) with toppings costs around $ 5 ($ 0.42/oz). Toppings include a wide selection from fruit to chocolate and sugar snacks. Good addition to this shopping center replacing the horrible, previous ice cream shop.
