Domino’s Pizza

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
I only order from this dominos because it’s the only one that delivers to me. This is the second time I have had bad customer service and slow delivery,
First time: I had a few friends over and we ordered dominos at about 12AM. After an hour and a half of waiting we called the store to see when our pizza would show up. The young boy on the phone seemed like he didn’t care at all that we had been waiting. His excuse was «Um, well, we have a lot of orders and it is a very busy night so waiting times have been extended.» When I asked why that was communicated with me he just kind of chuckled and said «It’s busy.» So my friends and I were already upset and wanted a manager to do something about it. He proceeded to tell me that there was no manager working and that everyone else in the store was delivering pizza. Since I ordered online he said i would be given a credit on my account towards my next purchase. That never happened.
Second time: I just ordered delivery at 8PM. 50 minutes later the driver calls and tells me to come downstairs because he is here, (I live in an apartment) instead of coming up and knocking on my door like they normally do. I go all the way downstairs and he isn’t down there. When I called him back he didn’t know where he was and was saying he was lost. Why tell me to come downstairs if you know you’re lost? It was also very difficult to communicate with him because his english wasn’t very good. 20 minutes later, walking around my complex i finally find him and get my pizza.
The only reason I am giving this a three star rating is because when I called the store the manager was very apologetic and accommodating. He explained that this was the drivers first night and he would make sure that future new employees were training better. Being in the service industry myself I understand the difficulties and I am very happy the manager was apologetic.

If I had $ 1.00 for every time they forgot something in my order Id be able to buy a dominos franchise! This is crazy! The last 2 times they forgot my Diet Coke, this time they forgot the extra sauce I ordered. I know it’s a waste of money and everyone’s time to have the drivers come back to my house for something so small. Just get it right the first time and you can avoid the extra cost and negative reviews. According to other reviews this shenanigans happens often… What a shame.

This month two times in a row they forgot to get half the order. The driver said that he will check and get the remaining order but never showed up. Bunch of morons!!!

Standard Dominos pizza. But wanted to give a good rating to reflect their customer centric management. The owners here are good people and will amend any problems with delivered product or services.

Easily the cleanest chain pizza place I’ve been in. Pick-​up is painless and the employees seem pretty happy. Delivery shows up in under 30 minutes every time and the «Delivery Tracker» they have helps to know when to let the dog in the back yard, so he doesn’t bark when they ring the doorbell.
I’ve never had one problem here.

We don’t usually order pizza — but tonight our thin crust didn’t feel like we were stuffing ourselves with junk food. It was cooked well, satisfying and delicious.

Really hate giving only one star, and never thought I’d do a review for dominos but this is the second time they forgot something I ordered. My order consisted of a medium cheese pizza, cinna stix and a 20oz coke and sprite. Of course they forget the drinks! They brought them back but still frustrating. If I wasn’t so hungry I would have canceled my whole order. Next Time I’ll pay cash just in case

Ryan Justin and Joey have always given top service. It’s always fresh! Quick and on time! Only order pizza from them!

This Dominos is hidden in a cute new little plaza. I called and placed my order with no issues. On week days you can get one large 3 topping pizza for 7.99 and then add tax. At exactly 15 minutes I went in to retrieve my pizza and it was done — hot and fresh and ready to go!

I can’t believe I’m going to review Domino’s. But, after my experience with them earlier in the week, I thought I’d throw out some Unilocal support.
You want a yummy, greasy deep dish pizza? Domino’s has you covered.
You want a healthier thin, cracker crust? Domino’s has it.
«Artisan» pizza? Yep, Domino’s has some good choices. I’ve had the California Veggie and its pretty good.
But what really impresses me about this Domino’s is that they always have people working. Even with all the crazy winter storms we’ve gotten lately! I’ve stopped by on the night a major snowstorm started to pick up pizza before heading home. This week when the entire DMV was shut down Monday because of icy/​snowy roads we had no choice and had to go in to work (something which couldn’t be postponed.) For lunch I called various local delivery places and they were either closed or wouldn’t deliver that day.
But not Domino’s! They were open, AND delivered even with the crazy slippery roads. The workers here are pretty awesome. For that, and pretty darn good pizza, I’m a fan!

Pizza is good. Some time they are in hurry.
Over all experience is good. Artisan and Pan pizza are good. rest are average
