Burger King

The only reason I ever go to BK is for the fries. This location is awfully slow. I would think being the only person in the drive-​thru and only asking for fries would be quick and simple. Wrong. And the fries were old…

Fries and onion rings are always overlooked. When a sandwich requires a condiment they surely only give you a notch of it. Would you like some coke with your ice?

Very slow service! Compared to a normal Burgerking, this place isn’t anything special.
We ate here the first time and employee messed up the order. They got pissed at me when I told them my order was wrong. Don’t want to go back again period.

So I was hungry… eating for 2 isnt easy. And when Im hungry Im not happy… if Ihave to wait… im not happy… if someone gets smart with me… i pay it back… and im not happy… so i wait in a long ass line in the drive thru… finally its my turn… I state that I have a coupon for a free whopper when i pay fries etc… the moronic dimwitted cashier just blurts out IT EXPIRED!!! i wanted to say look dumb ass I just did the darn survey yesterday… but I waited till i got to the window to pay. I had to repeat my order like 3x’s. Then I had to get behind a tribe of elephants because they ordered a crap load of stuff… Then its my turn, I smartly said here is my receipt for a free whopper… she then apologizes… I get my food… but I hate it when my whopper gets the core part of the lettuce in my sandwich… I take a bite and almost all my lettuce falls out… then the tomato wants to parts ways and fall to my lap. BK fries use to be the shit… now they are plain shit… I hate it when they change stuff on the menu… sad…

Not a huge fan of Burger King. This was my first time eating at one in many years. Their food is bland so honestly I would much rather munch on a piece of cardboard. I hate when they reinvent things… but I guess it keeps people coming back or not. They had decent fries before but now they just aren’t worth the calories. The kids play area is nice though.

I’d like to say the turkey burger is a nice addition to the menu but unfortunately it was dry and over cooked. I get my fries and drink next door at McDonalds. 1 because their fries taste better and 2 why pay $ 2+ for a large soda at BK when McD’s has any size for $ 1?

This is the Burger King next to Target. Very slow service! We saw some cars at the drive through we went inside not any other customers in line. New cashier could not remember anything. Then our order was done and was sitting there for a long time no one called it out. One person cooking and three up front standing around doing nothing including the manager. No one knows what they are doing.

Poor management, always pack my order wrong.

Wow… what an awful experience at this restaurant. The drive thru was 4 cars long and I decided to go inside to order. I was the only person dining in and yet it took 15 minutes for someone to take my order. I was told someone was fired that day… unfortunate, but it shouldn’t have impacted the customer (me). With one person working the register and two people cooking (one was the manager) at the peak of dinner hour, I got a hot meal after another 15 minute wait. They could have at least put salt on the fries. Reconsider coming here. The McDonald’s next door isn’t any better. Consider going to Popeye’s next door or the Subway in the strip mall across the parking lot.

Decent BK. Its not as dirty as some I have been in and the food is pretty good and fresh. No real complaints.

Got my veggie burger and my Lil Man his kid meal, 6 chicken nuggets, fries and chocolate shake. All were hot and good. Right now I’m eating my son’s fries and he is now yelling at me. Who paid for this food, Lil Man? Hehe

Never gotten my food in under 10 minutes, but the staff are good and pleasant. Never have screwed my order up which is common for most fast food spots to do.

Excellent Fast Food and tastes delicious! The staff at this BK location in Ashburn Village Shopping Plaza is extraordinary. They are pleasant and very customer service oriented. I have gone through this drive thru for my family about 1 – 2 times a week at this BK location since 2006. The order is usually accurate and freshly made and always delivered with a smile. I like that there are healthy options like the garden salad with tendergrill chicken, the veggie burger, the tendergrill sandwich and also the apple fries. The Whopper with Cheese is tasty too and Burger King does it best. By the way, I have also been to the McDonalds next door and from my experience I think that this BK is the much better choice especially if you want hot fresh food and friendly accurate service.

How do you not love Burger King, home of the WHOPPER! Just like most of the other locations in the US, they give you food when you ask for it. Simple, nothing fancy about this place. Oh, the drive through lane sucks! It needs a bit o fixing.
