I purchased a 6 session package for laser hair removal of a medium area (underarms) thru Groupon. There are a lot of similar deals on Groupon, so I did my research. I chose this location based on the machine they use (diode v ipl) and the excellent reviews for Farrah, the esthetician. I had no problem scheduling my first appointment. Everything was clearly explained to me (it was my first time). I will say it was more painful then I anticipated. I have a pretty high threshold to pain, and I felt it, but I knew I wasn’t going to die! Maybe next time I will put on numbing cream ahead of time. What I didn’t anticipate was the smell of burning hair, though in retrospect it does make sense. I felt like it lingered on me for a few hours. Next time I’ll be prepared for that. Though my Groupon expires in 4 months, Farrah assured me that I don’t have to use all 6 sessions by then, I just needed to have started. 11 days after my first session my hair started to fall out. I am so excited to see the final results after multiple sessions.

I was looking for a new laser place that was closer to my home. I have had my share of laser treatments when I was younger. I really just needed something for maintenance. To be completely honest I am always hesitant with groupon and these Unilocal reviews scared me a little bit, but my experience was completely the opposite of these negative reviews. Farrah was SO nice and she did such a good job with the laser. She told me about some of the products she had but she didn’t push anything like some spas do at all. Very professional! I am glad I found this place.

I am amazed by the level of service provided by Farrah. Honestly, I feel like I’ve been a difficult client because I’ve been so indecisive and had reschedule an appointment, but I’m met with a calm and kind demeanor from Farrah and it’s seriously appreciated. The quality of products provided is phenomenal. I recommend this place to anyone!

I purchased my package through Groupon, I was a little nervous doing laser treatment for the first time. I’ve done creams, waxing and electrolysis in the past and have been very disappointed with the results. With that being said I cannot express how happy I have been with it. The office is beautiful and very welcoming. The prices compared to other places are very reasonable and affordable. All my questions and concerns were answered and walked out feeling so much better about myself. Lets be honest when you have unwanted hair on your body especially on your face it is something your self conscience about. My only regret is have not done it sooner! Cannot express how pleased and happy I am choosing this location. You will not be disappointed.

I bought a small area treatment from Groupon yesterday and Fara was able to fit me in the same day. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff. The office was also very warm and welcoming.
*Was hesitant because I’ve had laser before with the old machines that pop you like a giant rubber band but the equipment here was quite opposite. The procedure didn’t hurt at all and everything was very up to date! I look forward to my next treatments and will recommend friends and family. (:

I normally do not take the time to review, but this office truly deserves a positive review. I discovered them through Groupon and I’m glad I did! I’ve had laser hair removal in the past that cost thousands and had horrible service. HOWEVER, THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT THE CASE here. Farah is amazing. She provided excellent customer service both on the phone and in person. She even advised me to do a test area because of my complexion (in the past another company just burned my skinned and challenged me when I requested a refund) to ensure this machine was right for me.
The atmosphere is nice, clean and inviting. Service is FAST, yet thorough. I would absolutely recommend this place! I wish I had discovered them before I was scammed by the larger big named places. The customer service and quality care is truly worth your time. This is now my one-​stop shop for all my skincare needs… facials, laser, threading… they do it all! Thanks Farah!

Beware if you see a deal from this place on Groupon! I saw the deal on Groupon and decided to do a search and I saw the review from Sarah below. So before confirming my purchase, I decided to contact them to confirm the deal $ 239 for 6 sessions for full bikini would be covered. The person I spoke with (Fara) told me that full bikini is considered a large area. I told her that on Groupon it is listed as medium. She then quickly apologized and said that they had made some changes and she was confused and that the deal listed is actually correct. So then, I decided to do some further research about this place and since it is a new place I wasn’t able to find much. I decided to call back with some additional questions. I asked if Dr. Ejtemaee would be performing the treatments and she told me that the doctor would not be doing so but she (Fara) was the aesthetician who would perform the treatment. She told me that has over 10 years of experience. I asked where she had worked before so I could do my research and she did not gave me a name, just that they were in McLean, VA. I googled it and the only thing I found was for Dr. Ejtemaee who practices Family Medicen and is not a dermatologist. I then asked if it would be okay to get the treatments done while nursing and she said she had to check with the doctor and get back to me. While I appreciated her checking with the doctor, it was a red flag to me as she had just told me that she (Fara) has been doing this for over 10 years… Finally, I once again asked about the Groupon deal and told her that when I had called her few days ago, the medium area was open to purchase on Groupon but that after my call, it got locked and I could no longer purchase that. I asked if they would honor the price that Groupon has listed for medium area and I would pay them directly. She told me that would not be a problem and they would honor it. So I decided to schedule a time for consultation. The next day I received a call from Fara who told me that she had checked with the doctor and my nursing should not cause any issues. She then proceeded to tell me about the prices for the treatments and gave me a price $ 200 more than what was listed on Groupon and for 5 sessions instead of 6. I asked her why the price changed since the day before she had told me that they would honor the price on Groupon and she said they only have small area package available on Groupon, but I can purchase 2 small packages… I told her that was not the same and that I was disappointed in her not honoring what she had previously told me and asked her to cancel my appointment for consultation.

Beware: I had bought a groupon for a large area of laser hair removal. According to the link with the groupon (
) a large area included full legs. I arrived for the appointment and said I was there for treatment on my full legs, but the laser professional said that I had to choose upper or lower legs. I was very frustrated, since that was the reason I choose this groupon over others. Upon arriving home I verified that the full legs are listed as a large area. Groupon also recognized the poor service on the part of the clinic and reimbursed the cost of my groupon but I took time off work to get there at my 4pm appointment and had to sit in traffic driving home. Very unimpressed to say the least. If they weren’t going to stand behind their own advertising, they could have at least asked me over the phone what size of an area my groupon was for and where I wanted treatment.
