Ashburn Farms Town Center Cleaners

The stain on my dress was not cleaned (simple stain), the woman would not even give me her ‘new customer’ discount to make up for it. Then when I got home and realized I was double charged, I called to speak to her about this and she hung up on me. I had to drag my kids out of the house in their PJ’s and go to the cleaners to try and figure this out… when I got there, she was rude and unreasonable about the whole experience. A day later I tried on my dress (a few hours before a rehearsal dinner I needed to go to) and the dress shrank! She shrank it!!! I don’t even know how that’s possible?! I didn’t even go back about the dress shrinking because she was so unreasonable about the first incident, I knew she wouldn’t compensate me. Didn’t want to deal with the headache of her business. Bad service and RUDE owner.
Also, recently tried a new dry cleaner– SO MUCH better! Such a relief to have honest customer service!

We’ve used this dry cleaner three times, but only for dry cleaning. We had been going to the ASAP Cleaners located near the Global Market, but had been very disappointed. When I brought back his tuxedo shirt from Ashburn Farm Town Center Cleaners, he sighed in relief.

One good dry cleaner isn’t that much different from another, but very different from a bad one. They’ve always given us reasonable turnaround times and found our order without issues. They have a great first-​time customer discount. The woman who runs the cash register can be a bit difficult to understand if you don’t have an ear for Asian languages (guilty!), but she’s very friendly and polite.
