Juicy Burger

I chose combo number #1 and the burger was on fire! Especially with the added fried egg! Love the fresh cut fries as well.

Our first visit to the Juicy Burger in the Tejon outlets. Ordered the BBQ cheeseburger combo and the Pastrami burger. Both were very good, juicy and hot. Fries a little salty but good overall. Read thru a handful of mixed reviews but I would compare Juicy to In n Out but with variety. Forgot to take a picture before eating so will have to on our next visit to Juicy burger.

Good customer service! Burgers are tasty!!! They were pretty fast when it came to getting our food and keeping the line going pretty steady!

I love this place… IN BAKERSFIELD! The 2 locations in Bakersfield are always great! Great food, great service. We recently visited the El Tejon oulet location and would not return. Staff adleep, high, drunk, something… but it was bad. The food quality also was not the same as the other locations! So, keep up the great job in Bakersfield and find new management for El Tejon outlet location!

I’ve been to Juicy Burger in the LA area and they have always been Awesome! This was the worst experience. The burger was not much better than any other fast food aka McDonald’s or Burger King. I should have gone to In-​n-​Out. On the up side chicken tenders were ok. Except when we asked for ranch dressing they said they were out. Pretty bad since it was 12:15pm. Next time I’ll skip this place.

Their burgers and fries are pretty good. Their burger is tastes like Wendy’s with a [slight] touch of In & Out. I would eat here again.

I wasn’t expecting much from a fast food burger joint but… gollyyyy. The name is deceiving. It wasn’t juicy at all. A thin, dry patty and not much flavor. Never-​ever again.

I went here today for the first time in 6 months. Why? I was on my lunch break and juicy burger is way too expensive to be eating on a regular basis. Plus, last time I got the combo and the fries were a major let down. The BBQ burger was really good last time though… I digress. Back to this visit today. The service was faster and better than the last time, so that was positive. I got the grilled chicken sandwich and nothing else. It was like $ 7.44 with tax or something just for the sandwich –_​– the sandwich was decent, but I could tell the tomatoes were not fresh (refrigerated a bunch before getting on my burger. The chicken was VERY tough, but had a good flavor. It was overall a pretty disappointing choice. I probably won’t be back anytime soon, but they are good compared to a lot of the options at the outlets.

I was surprised when I saw this store at the Tejon Outlet food court. My husband ordered for me and he got me the #1 combo: burger (no cheese) with fries and drinks. The burger is not juicy, it was dry. I have to smother my burger with ketchup to cover the dryness of the patty. I only ate half of my burger and munch on the french fries instead. :(
I can’t review the service because I did not made the order, but my food experience was not impressive. Someday, when I go back to this outlet, maybe, just maybe, I’ll get really desperate and too tired that I might decide to order other items from their menu.
I dont see another visit to this location my near future.

Their burgers are good, not juicy, not tasty, not original, not to die for. OK I lied, they are not good at all. The service was OK but it is just a counter experience and they set it up so you can’t even refill your drinks like at their other locations. I mean the only thing they don’t screw up is the drinks and now they messed that up too! Every time I go to Juicy Burger locations, I fool myself into thinking that I will get a burger that is Juicy. But it’s only juicy if you count ketchup and other condiments dripping out. Juice in the burger? Not so much! Seriously, why would you name it a juicy burger if it isn’t? I feel victimized!
Has anyone told the staff that it is OK to add water to ground meat to get the juice back in the burgers before cooking? Pretty much anyone who has ever worked in restaurants knows that ground meat dries out quickly so you should re-​hydrate it before cooking. It is also really hard to make a super thin burger juicy, so…
The Outlet location will never get my business again. It was just not a good burger, and sucked by comparison to the overall average burgers in their other locations. The fries are the only saving grace at the other locations, but at the outlet location those were horrible too.

This is the second Juicy Burger location I’ve tried, and I liked it as much as the first. This time around, I got a buffalo chicken salad. I know their burgers are pretty good, but I’ve been on a salad kick lately. This salad was fantastic. I’m not one for fancy salads, so when I got served a bed of iceberg with some super tasty grilled chicken breast, doused in buffalo sauce, I knew this place got me. A great stop if you’re in need of a bite while shopping the outlets.

Somebody’s friend who works at this place just messaged me and said very inappropriate things about my review. Unilocal is here to provide reviews, good and bad. If Juicy Burger wants a better review, I suggest you make a better burger instead of having friends of your employees message your former customers. Juicy Burger better talk to the staff cuz I’m plenty pissed. If this harassment continues I will seek professional advice. So back off Samantha from Arvin… yes, I have her last name.

Stop by on my 750 mile trip back home. I was starving when I saw Juicy Burger «Scoooooore»… So I thought.
Juicy burger is a great San Jose burger spot. This place just happen to share the name. And that’s about it. Burger was not very good at all. Onion rings were burnt and the chili cheese fries were…“terrible” (my wife said). At least the staff was friendly.

Gave this place another try. First place was at the premium outlets near Pleasanton CA. They both are not great places to eat. refried French fries and sloppy unflavored grilled chicken sandwich. Cheese fries was a slice of American cheese on top refried fries !

Juicy Burger not so Juicy what a waste of 8.99 worst burger ever. Next time I will stick to Wing Stop

Probably the best food, in this food court. (Everything else is pretty bad here). Got the pastrami burger. The pastrami is blackened to look like bacon, great idea. Thin patty like in and out, to encourage you to get double, triple. They way over did it with the mustard. Fries are average. $ 20 for 2 meals.

The burgers are anything but, «Juicy» at this little random outlet mall. It’s typical generic outlet mall over-​priced food. An In n Out rip off. They do, however, serve turkey bacon on their Bbq burger instead of swine. Which works for me since I am a non-​pork eater. Still a better choice than the other establishments in this humble little food court. Beats Chinese food that’s been sitting out all day, and greasy pizza.

It’s lunch time and they have 2 people working. I waited for 20 minutes for my sandwich. I stopped in hoping for a quick bite before making my 150 mile drive home.
The two people working did their best and I did feel sorry for them. But I shouldn’t have to worry about a restaurant’s employees. The owners and managers need to make sure they properly staff their locations to properly take care of their customers.
I actually like Juicy Burger and eat at the Calloway location often, but this location needs fixing if they plan on staying in business at the busy Outlets at Tejon.

second time visit here at this location. I will have to admit my last review was a little unfair but this one is in the right mindset.

My order went through quick, I ordered via telephone. We had issues at first but that’s fair enough, he thought I was playing a joke or something, but to be fair the call just dropped. Not enough to mark a star or anything.
When I arrived we laughed about it, and it was funny. I received 10% off my purchase for joining an email or phone list, which I don’t mind, I haven’t gotten any texts anyways.
When I arrived, I wated a minute or so to get my pastrami burger with ALL the works on it a typical pastrami burger has to offer. Pastrami is one of my favorite things in the world, as I usually visit ‘The Hat’ when I’m in my home-​town.
Customer service was MUCH better, the guy who took my order and stuff was really nice and cool. The burger was A-​OK, not like what I’m used to but I was feeling it, it fueled me up for these long hours. The fries were good as well.
Maybe third time is a charm, so I’ll be back.

Man, this was a great JUICY burger! You just can’t complain these days when someone calls it like it is.
I was about to go for a BBQ Cheeseburger for my first venture but the order taker strongly recommended the «Double» which is really just a double patty cheeseburger — pretty plain for a recommendation. But if it’s that good it must speak well of others too, right. Well, he was right on… it was big enough, tasty enough, and juicy enough to satisfy… and uphold his credibility. He also recommended the Pastrami Burger — maybe next time!
Fries we okay; good, but nothing special. Place a bit pricey though, $ 10 combo. Might be because it’s at Outlet Mall though.

Driving down the Grapevine and into the Stephen King-​esque methane cloud caused by the farts of the thousands of cows at the nearby cattle farms, I got off the Laval Road exit in search of revenge for the putrid smell in my car by eating a tasty burger. You see, even if you press the re-​circulate button in your car, the smell still gets in because if no air came in you would be asphyxiated.
As I exited Interstate 5, I headed east instead of west to the dismay of Tupac’s ghost. Then, I Unilocaled the nearest restaurants and Juicy Burger came up as 5 stars. So, instead of going to In-​N-​Out like I should have on the «west side» of Interstate 5, I headed to Juicy Burger inside the lame ass food court of the Outlets at Tejon.
In my hurry for retribution against the gassy cows, I did not check to see how many Unilocalers and what type of Unilocalers had reviewed Juicy Burger. As a rule of thumb, if Unilocalers give 5 star reviews for a place and only have 1 or 2 reviews written, more often than not, such Unilocalers are usually employees, relatives, friends, or even owners of the establishment. Normally I know better, but I was getting hangry (hungry + angry).
I walked into the food court and made a beeline for Juicy Burger located next to a knock-​off Panda Express called China Max. When I saw China Max I should have made a U-​turn for the parking lot because any food court that has a wannabe Panda Express instead of the real deal isn’t a real food court and by default renders the remaining restaurants as crappy. Oh the signs for an epic letdown were all around, but again, I was hangry and not thinking straight!!!
As I got closer to Juicy Burger’s counter, I noticed two workers with matching red shirts that said Bakersfield’s Best Burger since 2010. Let me pause here and say that Bakersfield’s Best isn’t really saying much because Bakersfield is freaking whack!
So, there was a tattooed cashier that reminded me of the former Sacramento Kings Point Guard, Jason Williams aka White Chocolate, and an angry chef that looked like Brutus from Popeye that J-​Dub referred to as Sam. Still, I was committed and hangry so I ordered a #1 combo that came out to $ 9+ with tax.
When the combo came out, I noticed how small the burger was. Juicy my ass. As for the taste, like the Panda Express knockoff next door, the whole time I ate the burger I thought it was a knockoff of In-​N-​Out but suckier and pricier.
And the fries, oh my… I think they reuse the oil way too much because the fries tasted like stale oil and some of the fries were stuck together.
Sigh… it appears that whether it be Juicy Fruit chewing gum or Juicy Couture, things that are supposedly «juicy» are anything but juicy. And Juicy Burger, well as you can tell, it was «Un-​juicy».
Save yourself a letdown and stay on the west side of Interstate 5 where they have better food options if you decide to get off the Laval Road exit for a pitstop.

Never been to a Juicy Burger before so I thought I’d give this place a try. The French fries and onion rings are excellent. Fries are not too salty and the onion rings batter is light and crisp. Perfect! Burger good also. Only location I know of near I-​5.

Wow!!! Just had the double cheesburger and it was amazing. Customer service was also great. I can’t wait to come back for more.

Awesome burgers for a food court! I had the grilled chicken and my meat was so moist and tender. Superb job! Had a bite out of the cheeseburgers and it was really good as well. Great service, the cashier is super nice and friendly. The only thing I can complain about is the fries, they aren’t all that great. But hey far exceeded my expectations for a food court.
