Brian came by yesterday to clean some badly worn in stains in three rental bedrooms and a set of stairs. Previously, Servpro had failed to get the carpets looking nice, but LINCS got it done with no hassle. My carpets look fantastic, scheduling was super easy, and he was in and out within an hour. To boot his customer service is impeccable and he offered advise on other aspects of my rental situation. 6 stars, LINCS is the best.

Brian did a great job steam cleaning the quartzite tiles in my foyer and kitchen. The tiles look brand new. He also cleaned the carpet in a few high traffic areas and my dog’s favorite place to hang out. Brian arrived on time and the estimate he gave was spot on. (Also, he didn’t try to sell me those annoying extras that many steam cleaning companies push)! He got the job done promptly and for a fair price.

I’ve used Links Carpet Cleaning for years. Whether it’s for general bi-yearly carpet cleaning to keep carpets fresh and warranty in tact, or water extraction and carpet dry out when our sprinkler valve flooded basement, furniture cleaning, tile floor grout cleaning, cleaning carpet before we moved in to our new home OR cleaning of carpet in a rental unit, Brian has always done a phenomenal job. He’s super careful with walls and baseboards, is professional, always on time and a true pleasure to do business with.
