After receiving a competitive quote from Ernie’s Gutters and being assured that they would be able to get our house done quickly, I signed and returned the contract. It was important that our new gutters were installed quickly, as we had landscapers coming and wanted to have the gutters in before they began work. Ernie was slow to respond to voicemails and emails and ultimately never showed up to do the job. It wasn’t until after our landscaping was finished that a crew arrived to begin work, but it was an entirely different company that Ernie had asked to come do the work for him. By this point I had already hired another company to do our gutters, as I hadn’t heard from Ernie in nearly two weeks and had to ask that crew to leave. I would not recommend Ernie’s Gutters unless you have a lot of patience and are in no hurry whatsoever.

Advertises no job is too small — apparently that isn’t true. I needed some gutter repairs and Ernie sent me a quote quickly. Now for two weeks he is avoiding my email and phone calls. I can understand if the job is small and he’s not interested but have the courage to say that rather than leave potential customers hanging.
