Gigantic Cleaners

Forget this place. Sunday AM — half the washers not working, two that did are done in 20 minutes. Hardly any water in front loaders. Big mistake.

Can’t speak to the laundromat but the dry cleaners and drop off prices ($ 2/​lb) are outrageous. You can tell that they make up prices on the fly depending on what you look like/​wear.

If I could write a worse review I would. Terrible customer service, awful job. Highly recommend not using this service.

Beware! The last time I did laundry here, I left my clothes in the dryer for 45 min. unattended like I usually do, but when I came back, half of my clothing had been stolen from the dryer. I hadn’t thought I had to worry about something like that here, but apparently I was wrong!

RIP OFF! The dryer I put my towels into DID NOT HEAT so 45 minutes later I discovered they were still wet. Got to spend an extra half-​hour and another $ 2.50 to get them dry. Complaint line not answered so God knows if I will ever get my $ 2.00 refund.
The place was a mess — trash everywhere — and the counters/​machines filthy Monday morning. A cleaning crew (Mom with three kids) showed up during my «bonus time» to clean the place so avoid Monday mornings. The machine that washed our towels and kitchen linens left bleach spots on them.
There were vagrants charging their cell phones… scary especially when children were playing inside unsupervised while their parents schlepped stuff out of and into their cars. One of them was reading from the Bible loud enough to be heard over the many machines and fans. I should have called the police.
DON’T GO HERE, AND ESPECIALLY TO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN!
Update 8÷24÷14: The owner called the day after after I posted my review, and promised a $ 2 check that arrived about three days later. So at least I got my refund, but I will never reclaim the time I lost drying my towels, or their pristine prettiness now that they are spotted with bleach…

We abruptly stopped at this place during a road trip across the country. Clean, all the machines worked, reasonable priced, open 24 hours. IDEAL. Thank you!

24 hour laundromat! Of course, I’m a fan.
This small space is packed with machines, among them 2 or 3 large capacity washers and 2 large capacity dryers. While cramped feeling, the place is sparkling clean.
At a 11pm on a Monday night, the place was busy with couples and individuals getting laundry done. Sometimes, 24 hour places can feel a bit sketchy but this place felt functional and polite.
Note, there is a Christian radio station playing ²⁴⁄₇.

Called to find out pricing and 1^st question the guy asked was if the clothes being dry cleaned were for me or my husband? Did I miss a century? Are we in the dark ages? 1) How do you know if I am married or single and 2) what if I have a same sex partner? That alone turned me off completely! Next time you may want to try saying, «Are they women’s or men’s clothes?»
