Gigantic Cleaners & Laundry

I’ve used Gigantic cleaners twice and every time sent them about 8 items to dry clean and press. The quality of work is below average. For instance one of my pants was still wrinkled when I picked it up at the counter. I pointed out the spot and asked the person at the counter if he could press it again. He said he would but he knows the wrinkles won’t go away! I insisted and when he came back with the pants the wrinkles were gone, but again he said «I told you, it won’t go away»!! Strange persistence to prove the customer wrong.
Also, my jacket which I gave for drycleaning had a pencil stain that wasn’t removed. When I pointed it out he said that I should have told him I wanted it removed!

My husband and I have used Gigantic Cleaners since we moved to the area 8 years ago. Always have had service above and beyond our expectations and the owner, Lonnie, and his employees have always provided A+ service. They can tailor same-​day in emergency situations and have great prices. We wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

I want to share a story about how great the folks are at Gigantic Cleaners.
I was in a mess. I had one of the most important job interviews of my life and the only 2 suits I had needed major tailoring.
The problem was I waited until the last minute, the actual day of the interview to solve the dilemma.
I called Lonnie at Gigantic Cleaners and he had me come in to get measured. I only had till noon and so he called his tailor in early to get the alterations done.
Bottom line is they did a great job tailoring the suit to fit perfectly and they got it done soon enough for me to easily make the appointment.
They didn’t have to go to all that trouble but I realized that day that Lonnie REALLY cares and caters to his customers.
No matter where in Metro Denver I live in the future, I will always be a Gigantic Cleaners happy customer. They dont just go the extra mile, they go out of their way to earn their customers business.
Its also nice to have freshly dry cleaned and immaculate clothing to pick up each week. I highly recommend Lonnie and his team to anyone looking for the ideal dry cleaning business.
By the way… I got the job!
