Arvada Village Apartments

Love living here! The staff is extremely nice, maintenance is on point (especially Brandon)! The apartments are clean and the size is great. My neighbors are quite and friendly. I definitely recommend this community!

Lived here for about a year now, and I simply I love it. I just re-​signed a 15 month lease because my experience has been so good. My apartment feels very private to me, and the neighbors are very respectful. And quiet! You get a true sense of living in a community here, and the maintenance and staff are great. Anytime I’ve ever had an issue with something and called maintenance, they usually always have the issue fixed that day before I get home from work. These apartments lay on a beautiful landscape with a park for your kids, and a dog park for your animals. The location is great too because you’re only 10 minutes away from downtown but not living in the city madness. Plus you are surrounded by great restaurants and supermarkets like King soopers and Walmarts all within a short driving distance. There are always parking spots right in front of my apartment when i get home, and that’s all I could ask for. I’m someone who came from a very crappy living situation downtown where you get no peace or privacy, no parking spots and horrible maintenance. Moving here has relieved me of all of that, and I look forward to my next 15 months. Hope this helps!
