Love our apartments! The staff is so friendly, residents are great! Our appliances are very new and neat, this place is very dog friendly offering doggie bag stations throughout and doggie treats inside. The gym is so nice that my husband quit his gym membership. The office offers a hot coco/​coffee machine that is yummy and for the holidays they gave us wrapping supplies for our gifts. The only downside is living by the trains but its not that bad and there is no vent over our stove so our alarm has gone off a couple of times. But overall highly recommend this place!

The staff at the Water Tower Flats truly care about the tenants. I have lived at Water Tower Flats for three years and they have done everything they could to make everyone happy. The apartments are very trendy and well kept. The only reason I am moving is I have been unlucky with some rude neighbors that constantly slam their door. The staff has left fliers on doors reminding people to be respectful of others but unfortunately it continued. Thank you Water Tower Flats for your great service!

The staff at the Water Tower Flats are excellent. They are always very friendly, professional and eager to help out with anything they can. The apts. are in a great location and are very appealing. I have dealt personally with each and every member of their staff and every experience was as positive as the last. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends, family and clients.
