You know as well as me that you can always collect your recycleables and turn them along with your weekly trash. But, collect enough of them and you can make a few bucks on the side. This place is close to my house so it’s easy for me get here. If you don’t search for the name specifically on Unilocal, you’re going to drive right past it and not know that it’s there. Off Pioneer Blvd on the 91 Freeway, it’s closest cross street is 166th. You can drive right thru the location, drop off your shit and circle right out of the place. The place is dirty and kinda smells. What did you expect? You’re going to leave there with dirt on your shoes and on a hot late summer day like this, I was sweating, almost like a light workout. So don’t be coming here with your fancy shit on, wear something you don’t mind getting dirty. Hours are 7AM to 12PM on Saturday and 7AM to 3PM on weekdays. Closed on Sunday. Today’s generous donation got me a little over $ 30, enough for a fade and a car wash for the weekend. During tough times, collecting cans, bottles, and plastics can go a long way if you have the patience to do so. Try something different, feel awesome about helping the environment, and feel better with a little cash in your pocket.
