This subway is ok. It isnt as good as the one in nipomo because the staff here didnt talk to me or engage woth eachother the entire time I was there. I felt uncomfortable waiting for my food to come from the toaster oven while others went ahead. The manager didnt ask me if it was ok he ring someome else up he just looked to the next person and started ringing in their order and didnt say anything to me at all besides can I see your id? For a 4 dollar purchase first of all is silly but im sure its the owners rules. Courtesy is free everyone should offer it

Obviously Carolina doesn’t want to be there. She mumbles and you can’t hear what she’s saying. She put a large part of brown avocado all over my sandwich, and when I asked them to LIGHTLY toast my bread, she didn’t care. I’m not one to complain, but this was the rudest service ever. I will start going to the subway near Panda Express even though this subway is across the street from my house. Always a disappointment.

The next time I want to eat a Subway, I will drive past this one! My friend and I had spent the morning in the emergency room and were starving. First of all, I ordered a BLT and told the«sandwich artist» I didn’t want the sandwich toasted. Any other time and any other Subway I have eaten at still WARMSUPTHEBACON! This«sandwich artist» told me my bacon would be cold so I said to her«don’t you normally warm up the bacon?» Something must have gotten lost in translation because then her counterpart says«OH so you just want your bacon toasted?» OKAY, so I get my «Toasted bacon»…ONWARD to my sandwich: It had 3 onion slivers, maybe 4 little black olives, half a handful of lettuce, and maybe 4 little leaves of spinach.(the rest of my toppings were adequate) My friend asked for extra onions and got a «yes» as well as a glare. Then when it was time to pay, my friend had to explain to the«sandwich artist» bagging our order twice which sandwich went with what soup. My sandwich had«disappeared», the one girl had to ask the other girl INSPANISH where the other sandwich was. I spent years working in restaurants with coworkers whose original tongue wasn’t English BUTRULE #1 when you’re on the front line: SPEAKENGLISH because there are some people out there who think you’re rude and/or badmouthing the clientele because they CAN’T UNDERSTANDYOU!!! Granted, my friend may have been a little short with these ladies, but she was hungry and frustrated after spending the morning hooked up to I.V.s The parking here is TERRIBLE because of this Subway being crammed between a CVS Drug Store and a Starbuck’s, and there’s a Panda Express across the way. Avoid this entire shopping center if you can, whoever planned it should be fired!!!

Sandwiches are at least on par with other restaurant. Friendly staff put it over the top. If ample front door parking was available would have easily be five stars. I don’t mind the short walk to park beside restaurant though. Just rating overall experience for others. You won’t be sorry you tried this location, I’ve been a handful of times and have been satisfied everytime. Enough to Unilocal it!

Parking outside is shared with a CVS and a few other merchants, not the greatest but the inside is larger than many Subways. The service is friendly and the sandwiches are consistent with other Subways, which is a good thing.
