Okay if you are in a rush don’t go her cause they are SLOW. And they are consistently SLOW. My bagels are normally pretty good. Sometimes not. The drinks are great. But to be honest I can never get over how slow they are.

I mean holy shit. I have had some bad bagels but the one I had today took the cake. The picture has been posted. I asked for a bagel double toasted with butter and cream cheese when I go to the Pismo location usually piping hot and crunch with melted butter, delicious. But today’s… Was cold the butter was cold… And tasted like shit. Whoever made it plopped butter in the center with no attempt to spread it and then plopped cream cheese on top of it. Might as well of handed me a stick of cold butter to suck on, the bagel was so fucking garbage. Broadway bagel use to be good YEARS ago, since then they haven’t kept good employees and everything is inconsistent to hell. Either you get garbage bagel or a straight trash bagel. Won’t be going to this location or the Pismo location any longer and neither should you. Horrible owner, horrible bagels.

Who ever is in charge of the baking is a idiot. They have a bagel that is consistently sold out before 10am and tons of other bagels that are still consistently left on the shelf at the end of the day. Get a clue and make more of the sure seller and less of the one’s that doesn’t sale. I’m sure Starbucks will cut into to profits being that they are so close now,(and always PACKED with customers). To make up for lost profit it may be a good idea to have what people want to buy before they just STOP going to your business!!!

Bagels! Best(and possibly the only) bagel place in 5 cities. Cinnamon sugar is the best! Often times the staff is unfriendly and slow, but it is worth it sometimes.

The place is a drive thru bagel and coffee house. The first priority is the drive thru! They have sandwiches too. I found the bagels to be more like bread than bagels. Oh well, everybody has an opinion. Enjoy, and see what you think.

I had a smoothie that was absolutely great mango pineapple I believe sun-dried tomato bagel with cream cheese. For a bagel place they need to step it up very skimpy on the cream cheese and really BAD bagel –could not even taste the sun-dried tomato in it. The coffee was good however they had no cream out and I had to ask the girl for it and she said we don’t keep it out because it’s hot and spoils.(& w attitude) That’s one reason they use little tiny creamers in restaurants they just keep filling it ??? I am really hoping that they read these and pay attention. They establishment has great potential it’s very cute but they really need to pay attention to the details.

Fresh, excellent bagels, and great coffee. Excellent for breakfast. Very convenient with a drive-thru. Everyone is always extremely friendly. My favorite is the sourdough bagel. They run out frequently toward the end of the morning, but their other bagels are great also. A nice selection of flavored cream cheeses and specialty coffee drinks. Nothing fancy inside, but a favorite for a quick breakfast for the family. My kids love the strawberry cream cheese.

Love their bagels! My favorite is the works toasted with plain cream cheese(they put plenty!) and their house brewed iced tea. Yum!

Most authentic tasting bagels in California, I’ve meet people in there who come from Fresno or LA to get these bagels. I’m a regular and love it! Great espresso drinks too. They make the real water bagels like in New York. Actually I’m so spoiled now, I won’t eat bagels from Panera anymore much less a grocery store ^^ Plus who ever heard of a drive-thru for bagels, so rad and delish!

Broadway Bagel is my FAVORITE bagel shop in the central coast! The service is awesome, the bagels are delicious and warm. Love that they have a drive thru, makes it so convenient. My favorite is the cinnamon sugar bagel w/plain crème cheese. YUMM!

Bagels are not super easy to master and making them in quantity takes some massive equipment, so I disregard the person griping about price. If you’re looking to confuse an employee with your bizarre coffee-esque milkshake, go to Starbucks, where they are given special training on dealing with challenging people. If you want good honest coffee or espresso in all varieties, this place is pretty good.

Real boiled bagels — not the nasty bagel shaped bread you get at those chains! The bagels were pretty good considering the coast they were cooked on! Nice selection of schmears too. Bottom line — if you need a bagel fix it’s worth a detour!

This place is alright, not amazing. Walk in and the menu is on the wall, so you have to look at it and shuffle past people taking too long to decide to get to the register. We order one bagel sandwich and just a plain bagel with cream cheese. Total was $ 15.01, kind of surprising, but then we realized there were no prices on any of the signs. During the 20 minutes we were here, we heard at least 3 orders had been incorrectly made(thankful ours weren’t messed up). The bagel is a bagel, nothing overly special about it. Cream cheese is slathered on, like at least ¼−½ inch of cream cheese on each side of the bagel. Was not expecting this or I would have asked for it to be light on cream cheese. Lox was mediocre, not too salty as some are though. Overall, there are better places, but not in the immediate area. Better off going to brunch(if it’s a lazy weekend) somewhere in Pismo, to be honest.

I drive-thru on a fairly regular basis before work to get that delicious honey oat bagel and iced coffee duo. Recently, I was out and about with my family in the morning and we decided to drive-thru for breakfast for the four of us. The parking lot was crazy busy(someone actually drove on the wrong side of the road and cut us off to get into the lot!!) and the drive-thru line was so long I decided to go just go in to order. I got in line, a few customers ahead of me. It was really cool that one of the employees I sometimes see at the drive-thru recognized me and got me my iced coffee as I waited in line! When I went to order, they were out of the sticky bun bagels(for the kiddos!) but she suggested a delicious substitute, some kind of cinnamon twist, which was a hit with the kids. I also ordered a small hot chocolate, and she asked if that was also for a child so they would make it a better suited temperature and also if my daughter would like to make it peppermint-flavored(YES please! Her favorite she usually gets at Starbucks…) The great personalized service is what keeps me coming back! Love this place!

The staff here is friendly and knowledgable. They answered all of my questions. The establishment itself is very clean and put together nicely. Staff seemed focused and worked well together to get orders out in a timely manner. I ordered food to eat there and bagels to go. Not only was my order correct but they repeated it back to me as they handed me my order. They offer a good selection of bagels, sandwiches, drinks and sweet treats. The food is quality and worth the price you pay. Speaking of prices they are comparable to other good bagel shops. The banana nut bagel was awesome wit regular cream cheese. I will defiantly be back.

Needed to cool my jets while a flat got fixed across the street. Got a toasted garlic bagel w/lox schmear. They didn’t know that term so I got the lox-flavored whipped cream cheese :). Place was clean. Young woman working the counter was very nice. Bagel and lox were pretty good. People who complain about the prices are buying into the«I’d rather have cheap than quality» brainwashing of Wal-Mart. That mentality is why all manufacturing jobs have gone oversees. It’s bringing our country to it’s knees! Bagels take work to bake, just like any bakery item. And to then make them into complicated sandwiches w/quality ingredients — and still you expect their prices to compete with McDonalds? Shame on you! Their prices are VERY reasonable. I’d definitely be back if I needed a bagel fix. Sadly, this tire around my waist tells me that it isn’t the 90’s any more and I can’t be eating bagels and cream cheese every Sat morning like I used to.
