Avoid this place like the plague. This has to be the worst Imos franchise. They skimp on cheese(not real provel, maybe zesty pizza loaf), food comes cold, and customer service doesn’t exist. I love Imos, but If you live in Arnold go to That’s a Nice a Pizza, or drive to an Imos in the city. This place is a joke.

This place of course has decent food but they really need help in the cutomer service department. Their staff on the phones is so rude and could care less to treat you as if your thwir customer, nor do they care to get your order right. Really aggravating to deal with!

Every time I call here, the staff is either extremely rude, or clueless! Was quoted a price for a pizza, that I got at Imo’s on telegraph, for $ 3.75 cheaper. Would not recommend! Very rude and unprofessional. I’m going to the oakville location for pizza from now on, anytime that I want Imo’s.

Best Imo’s in St. Louis. This Imo’s is privately owned, and uses a few different ingredients than the franchise locations. Their roast beef and provel sandwich, for example, is to die for. I’ve never had a bad food experience at this location. They usually have coupons, which helps with the price. Small dining room, so plan on carry-out or delivery unless you have a small group.

My husband and I ate here last Friday night. After a long and tiring work week for both of us, we just wanted something fast and easy for dinner, and Imo’s won. This location is very small inside… maybe 5 – 6 tables, as most people probably opt for delivery or carry-out. We usually take advantage of the delivery as well, but on this particular occasion we decided to dine in. We were the only table the entire time, so it did make for good service. Instead of ordering«the square beyond compare» we chose a few other items off the menu. We split an order of the garlic cheese bread, which was perfectly toasted with just the right amount of cheese. I also had a deluxe salad, and it had plenty of pepperoni, provel cheese, and black olives in every bite. My husband ordered the chicken parmesan sandwich, which he said was very tasty and filling. It was nice to try something other than pizza, but there’s something about this St. Louis style pizza that will have me coming back for more.

The wife and I were looking for something quick and inexpensive this past Friday night, and Imo’s fit into those categories perfectly. This Imo’s is close to where we live. It wasn’t all that busy when we went, as most people either do carry out or delivery. We decided to dine in, as we knew it wouldn’t be a long wait. We split an order of garlic cheese bread to start. Yum! It definitely hit the spot. For our meals, my wife ordered the deluxe salad, which includes black olives, cheese, pepperoni, and a variety of other things. This is the second time she’s ordered this salad, and she’s enjoyed it both times. I got the chicken parm sandwich. It’s a nice size sandwich. It’s very simple. Chicken, cheese, marinara sauce, and bread of course. The sandwiches don’t come with anything, but they’re large, so you really don’t need anything else with it. All of this food, along with a couple drinks, came to a total of about $ 18. Exactly what we were looking for. I’ve enjoyed Imo’s my whole life, so we’ll be back here for sure.
