Don’t know if it’s permanent but there’s s hand written note on the door that says closed.
It’s been there for the last 3 months. Pretty sure they are done.

I was there during a dinner rush. The pizza and salad bars were well stocked, easily accessible, had lots of variety in pizza flavors with freshness and good taste. not gourmet, but as a buffet I didn’t expect that. I think they were a little short staffed in the front of the house. there was a general feel of ‘dowdy’ at the cashiers desk, bathrooms and dining room floor like the whole place needs a remodel not just a cleaning. The guys behind the pizza line are fantastic and made me feel the food was prepared with great care.

I highly suggest Cecil Whittaker’s pizza if you are hungry and want tons of pizza at a good deal.
I sometimes have a hankering for St. Louis style pizza and Cecil’s and Imo’s have probably the best St. Louis styled pizza in the area. Fortel’s used to be king, but they closed their Arnold location here.
Sometimes you can get a two for one on an xtra large order. I usually spring for this and save the rest of the pizza and put it in a container in the freezer for later. Still amazingly yummy right out of the oven.
The salads are also pretty delicious too. Highly recommended.
