The dry cleaning is on the more expensive side, but it’s always very well done. I’ve been here 10+ times with many garments each time and haven’t had any issues. Service is quick and friendly and there is never a wait.

The dry cleaning is good, but it’s the tailoring that’s the major plus here. Freida did an great job with a dress that I needed to wear three days later. The tailoring is done in-​house, was turned around fast and was good quality. She recommended some extras that improved the dress (such as bra strap holders). I’ve worn the dress a few times since the alterations and it’s held up beautifully.

I must agree with Rula! And I am only giving this place a one star because I have to; otherwise it’s worth negative stars!!! This place is awful. I brought my boyfriend’s pants in about a month ago to get a zipper fixed and it broke. I went back to have them fix it AGAIN and they told me the lady wouldn’t be back in for another 2 months to fix it! AWFUL. The owner was rude and didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. Totally disregarded me and said there was nothing he could do! They charged me $ 30 for the zipper in the FIRST place! I could’ve just bought a brand new pair of pants for that price!
Will never return!!!

Whatever you do, no matter how convenient it is… DONT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE. I live at the Westlee building, and thought it was convenient to just use the cleaners downstairs. The owner is rude, disrespectful and simply doesn’t care about your garments. Its just not worth your headache or business.
I took a perfectly fine new garment that I had worn only TWICE to him, and it came back with stains! I only took it there because I wanted to get it cleaned after two wears, but it came back with stains, and when I complained he basically told me I didn’t know what I was talking about, that there was no way they did that to my garment that those ‘new’ stains were simply what my fabric looked like. I told him it was an expensive garment, and he basically told me to get out because he has other customers to attend to. Never in my life have I come across a cleaners that was unwilling to take any responsibility for your clothes. He basically said «this is your garment’s fault, deal with it» no customer service or quality service here. Take your clothes elsewhere and save yourself the headache and money of having to replace your favorite items.
