Since the property has been changed to The Eastmont the rent had took a big jump so I have to write an update. I don’t think the price should be this rate for these apartments but I did just renew my lease at this higher rate because I love the location so much.
But on the other side of the coin is because the rate took such a big jump I see some residents move out that I’m kinda happy they left. It did get a lot quieter even though it was already pretty quiet. I’m gonna stay here another year to see how it goes.
