It’s a nice enough complex. Quiet. Barbecues permitted on balconies. We’ve lived here for a couple years and haven’t had any incidences with the leasing office. We were a day late on rent a while back and they handed us eviction papers. They hiked the rent up the last leasing period and people seemed to leave. I wouldn’t mind if they hiked the rent and I saw something come of it, but I have outdated appliances and I wasn’t able to enjoy the pool for the first half of summer last year because they started working on «improvements» in late spring. I don’t see a difference… The new mgmt seems nice enough and seem to want to build a more «community» spirit.

Very rude staff!!! I had to move because my apartment was broken into and my underwear was stolen. I told the staff that didn’t feel safe there anymore. Their response: «we have courtesy officers»!!! What else do you want us to do!?!(in a very rude tone). I lived there for two years and never once saw any security or whatever a «courtesy officer» is ever!!! If they tell you it’s a safe place they are lying! In fact, the whole neighborhood has taken a turn for the worst!!! Stay away from this place! There is a sicko on the loose in the area!!! And if you live there now move asap before you get attracted in some way!!! Don’t let the flowers and bullshit the staff tells fool you!!!
