This is the second time I have been there in a month. First time they didn’t put the oil/vinegar I requested this time the bread is stale. No three times a charm for me

Stopped in yesterday around 3:30. One Employee making herself a sandwich while the other employee waiting on 3 seperate poeople of which I was the last. Employee 1 pours herself a soda and sits down and eats her flatbread sandwich while staring at the line of people who are all looking at her eat. Employee #2 finally gets to me. I order tuna and she informs me she needs to go prep tuna, she doesn’t have any made up. Really!!! Employee #1 still munching away and staring as 3 more people come thru the door and line up behind me. I begin to notice all of the cambro dishes are empty and the only vegetables left in the make unit are frozen to the side of their cambro dishes. Do they not rotate their cambros? The rest of the make unit was a mess so at this point I turned around and left. Poorly run store from what I could see, and I’ve worked at several different Subways. The sorry employee watching all this go down while feeding her face needs her walking papers. I felt bad for the other employee, who was trying to do her best, with no help.

This is the 2nd time we went to this particular location and both times the service was GREAT, even to the point that I contacted corporate to say thank you. The employee that waited on us, his name is Jesse. He did what people now a days don’t do, he said yes ma’am/sir, thanked us and the list goes on and on. Subway…eat fresh
