WOW IS ALL I CAN SAY! I ordered my food before they even opened and it arrived before they opened. The sandwich was well put together. The packaging was perfect. My pickle was juicy and delish. Chips awesome. I had the BLT I ordered extra bacon thinking hmmm places usually skip on the bacon. I WAS SO WRONG I HAD TO TAKE SOME OFF! EXCELLENT FOOD AND SERVICE.

Great food. Great staff! They still remember us from when we moved here. Sandwiches never let me down.

Love their sandwiches, fast and tasty. Love that the place is not heavily scented too. Smell the tasty bread instead! Clean and entertaining bathrooms (you’ll see what I mean when you «go» there).

It was fun to bring people here that haven’t been before. We all stood there at the fountain getting our drinks still when they finished our 3 large sandwiches, and found ourselves saying «wow that WAS freakishly fast»! Lol Corny but true! We had 2 Gargantuan and 1 Porky? (ham sandwich) We loved the bread, meats and cheeses. It’s nice they have unsweetened tea option or sweet tea besides soda. We added bacon. That was kind of spendy at $ 1.99 extra which made our Gargantuans nearly $ 12 subs but oh so worth it plus I had enough for two meals! The fixings were sliding out from the bread it was so full! I prefer Lays or other thin chips. They only offer thick chips. No Sour Cream & onion. If I can plan ahead next visit, I’ll bring my own to make a perfect combo IMHO.

Kinda disappointed. The person who took my order got it wrong and being in a hurry I just decided to pick out what wasn’t supposed to be in there. I also found they don’t deliver to my address (online) but they deliver to an address that’s further? Makes sense right?

The crew here is always great. I prefer the LATE afternoon crew over the early afternoon though. Joe and his staff are always pleasant and smiling. From the customers perspective, they seem to enjoy what they are doing. I «seriously struggle» with my order… but the gang is ALWAYS there to offer ideas. I love Jimmy Johns… they are so much better than the other sandwich shops around. My only wish with them… expand the delivery radius.

Awesome place!!! Great customer service! And the ads don’t lie, it is super fast service. This is so much better then any Subway or Jersey Mike’s around here.

Fast friendly people that work here. I’ve never had a bad experience, only wish they were closer to my house for delivery!

The manager replied to my review and informed me that he clarified with his employees to make sure the let customers know the differences in the bread so there wouldn’t be any more potential mix ups with other customers and offered me a credit. I think that’s very great of them to reach out to the customers and make sure their employees are all on the same page!

Friendly service and fast! Love the beach club in an un-​wich delicious! I also appreciate the store doesn’t scent the place because if it was I couldn’t have come in. Also thank you for not having heavy scents in your restrooms. I appreciate it! My favorite subs!

The food is great, a little too expensive for the size of meal. I work close to here and they used to deliver … But it took me two hours to get my food one time and I called and shared my feelings with them and suddenly they won’t deliver to me any more. Claim I am out of their delivery area… I went in and got food one time and they put a note on my file that if they deliver to me I would rip well… I haven’t been that desperate for delivery yet but I thought it was annoying that they would only delver if I tipped

My sandwhich is great! First time eating at jimmy johns and I really enjoyed it! The owner is so nice, and the service was incredibly fast. The resturant is very clean, and I enjoyed myself!

I am not sure how anyone can compare the quality of JJ to a subway. Seriously the meat is 10 times better, their is no comparison on the bread quality. As for guest service I have been to this store twice and the staff was very friendly. The gargantuan is a work of art!!!

This was my first time eating at Jimmy John’s. We ordered a Club Lulu. We asked them if we could get the bacon on our sandwich extra crispy. The three girls working there looked at us like we were aliens. After we finally got them to understand what we wanted, they told us they don’t cook the bacon. WHAT??? Maybe it was pre-​cooked, but it looked raw. Raw, cold bacon, REALLY???
Another thing was they only had French bread as a choice for sub-​style bread. They did have some regular sandwich type wheat bread.
We ended up taking our sandwiches home, stripping the bacon off and cooking it in the microwave oven for a minute or so. The sandwich was just okay. The bread was very dense and chewy. For a dollar more, you can go to Subway and get a sandwich twice as big.

Oh my gosh, I don’t know why I love this place so much!
Compared to other chain sub restaurants, I’ve always hated Subway, withstood Jersey Mikes, and loyally praised Quiznos, but Jimmy John’s is a bit different altogether.
Maybe it’s the ease in ordering — there are no «sizes». Just 1 size. Love it or hate it. I love it.
Maybe it’s the real mayonnaise they put on their subs. I am getting so sick of the oil & vinegar trend elsewhere. Jimmy Johns tastes more like homemade.
Maybe it’s that they use sweet, white bread. Okay, I know, not as healthy as whole grain, but Mmmm it is sooo good!
Been here several times since opening day, and never had an issue with customer service. But if I do, I’ll gladly revise my review. :)

This place just opened near me and I have been waiting to go but I was so disappointed. The customer service was horrible and was told I had to order my sandwich straight from the menu with no changes. Where have you ever heard of that? Anyway I will be making the drive to the Everett location I have never had a problem there. I will give them sometime to figure it out. But until until they WILL not receive my money! The location is also in the middle of a strip mall with another popular fast food restaurant and they do not have ample parking!

Bad customer service! This location recently opened up and the service is horrible! The first visit we ordered and paid, then after we received our sandwiches the employee told us that they mistakenly rang our order incorrectly. We agreed to have our order re-​rang, even though we already had our food. It ended up costing another $ 2 which wasn’t a big deal because it costs what it costs but I couldn’t believe that they wouldn’t take the fault and leave as is, since it was their mistake.
On the second visit, we got to the counter and ordered a slim 2 with cheese. We were promptly told that we can’t add cheese to a slim 2. And that it was «corporate policy». I have been ordering this exact order for years without issue at other locations. As well as the iPhone app allows you to order it that way and I’m sure corporate approved the app. This didnt end up mattering though, because before I could argue my point I was told that they are out of bread and they couldn’t serve me. I wasn’t offer anything in return. Just a simple «we are out of bread». Wow…
