if you’re on your way to work get here early and they are AVERAGING7 minutes per order. ///update 8÷4÷15 tried them again this morning 4 customers total at there store, 811am I ordered a burritto meal it is 824 I am pulling out of the parking lot. this is not a fast food restaurant

Worst sonic I have ever been. Customer service is as bad as you can imagine. 75% of their payment machines don’t work. I’m sure about this ! I really don’t know how they are still open. atleast the workers should be replaced !

It was on a day after doing a lot of yard work, that I decided to take the family to Sonic. I was craving a cranberry slush and coney. It took a while for my order to be placed due to the Saturday happy hour crowd. The food finally arrived and I took a big gulp from my drink. «Ahhhh» this was the taste I was craving. I decided to eat a Ched R popper that my old lady ordered and I realized it was soggy after a few bites, ok moving on. Grabbed a few fries that seemed to have been old and stale. I’m big on fries, and this disappointed me. Not only did they forget my sons toy but his burger also looked like someone sat on it. My coney had no chili and appeared to be tossed around a bit. It bummed me out cause I really liked coming here. will I return? maybe for a drink but that’s about it.

On the dollar hotdog day the manager Nikki when I asked if they could leave off the chili and just have the cheese charge me $.60 per hotdog for the cheese and when I said leave off the chili she was saying no problem but then when ahead and charged me. After they did that and the kind server went back in and double checked she reiterated he didn’t take the deal. You can probably guess that yes I will be notifying the corporate office of this ridiculous manager that has not a single thought with regards to customer service nor explains the cost to a customer.

This Sonic is right next to my house, it had so much potential. Almost every time I go I’m disappointed with something, yet I still go back. I think it’s because it’s easy and next door. My husband used to think that Sonic’s food all tastes the same. The cheese sticks taste like the burgers that taste like the hot dogs that taste like the onion rings. There is nothing special about this place, feel free to stop but beware it may be a long wait for a simple order or you may be missing something if you make special requests.

How can you not be a fan of Sonic? I love this place! Lots of drink options and fried foods(…and burgers!). I have tried almost everything on their menu, and it’s a solid B+. I personally go for drinks most often. There is a secret menu floating out there. Some interesting combinations… Dr. Pepper with grape flavoring and a cherry limeade with orange juice. They all have different names, so it’s worth a Good search. I’m a big iced tea drinker, and this location always seems to scorch their tea — yuck! I have gone time and time again — and yes, every time, its scorched! The service has always been great, the carhops are friendly and fast. This is one of my favorite locations that I frequently visit.

I like that I can get breakfast at night. The bacon, egg and cheese toaster is great, not that I would know the time I visited because they made it a bacon, egg and cheese croissant. The bacon was on the burnt side and they kinda took a long time on the order/delivery. We also ordered cheese sticks with marinara but did not receive the marinara like we requested, so it took a little longer for that. Another problem, our order showed up in a different parking spot, so possibly someone had problems being charged for our order and then we didn’t even get charged for anything so we had to spend extra time to pay when we wanted to get in and out in a hurry. I am giving them at least three though because the person who delivered our order did a terrific job of taking care of our needs once they saw there were problems and gave us some tips for next time if things go wrong again. (Tip: if the charge does not come up at your parking spot, just tell the attendant and he can pull it up for you to pay with a card.) Hope you have a better experience than we did this last time and I hope to have a better experience next time to give an update with a higher rating.
