McDonald’s

I haven’t had any issues at this location.
My only issue is not with this particular McDonald’s but with McDonald’s in general.
I am not a fan of their new Breakfast menu, I wish they had more options…
I think it’s great that it’s now served all day, but I wish they had more options than the slim pickings they offer now.

Customer service is lacking badly. I’ve worked at mcdonalds when I was a teen and this is the worst I’ve seen. Every time I order it gets messed up. Hey fix it but it’s getting annoying to have to call them every time I order after working a 12 hour shift. What got me was I ordered my son a six piece nugget meal… there were 3 pieces… wow.

Lazy and didn’t get my order right and they were rude worst place ever and I’m never going back

Had to do a late night dinner run and there was just nothing open. So I went for a couple of spicy chicken sandwiches and as you can see from the picture it really was poorly put together no real flavor to it, but for a dollar I can’t ask for much. The young lady who took the money in the first window was completely distracted engage with other employees didn’t greet nor thank me for my order or paying the bill. You should expect more from somebody that you’re paying to do a job. When I got to the next window the gentleman did hand me my food smiles confirmed my order and thanked me. I wish there was a couple better options for late-​night meals, as I have not had great results from this McDonald’s at the best of times.

I’ve only been through the drive-​through, so there isn’t much to say… but they have never messed up my order, so I will give them four stars. They’re pretty fast.

Apparently this McDonalds location is privately owned so everything costs more! 89 cents for ONE APPLE PIE?! Seriously? For 20 cents more, I can get 2 at any other location.
Also, it seems as if everything on the menu is at least 50 cents more than other locations in the area.
It’s not like the customer service is bad BUT it’s not good enough to pay more for everything.
No thank you, I’ll still to my regular location near the Trinity exit off of 360

Clean, friendly service!

I always go to the Drive Thru they haven’t got my orders wrong and the guy who works morning is really a nice person. I’ve never found anyone in the drive thru that wasn’t nice. The food is fast food so it’s not expected to be the best in the world.
Will I go back yes again and again… I never forget the sweet tea it’s really good…

Got a Smoothie, service was great, interior is beautiful (see pic).
Still strange to see an outdoor playplace though.
