Sadly disappointed. Expected more. Even though I asked for rounded edges, the tech insisted squared edges would be better. Nails were cut down (3 weeks of growth gone in just a snip!), and were so squared off, they put Forrest Gump’s flat top to shame! Made my fingers look thick and stubby. Not to mention the tech left rather rough edges (not finely filed); they are snagging on my clothes, hair, etc. Won’t be back…

I purchased this as a Groupon deal, one for myself, one for a friend. We booked mani-​pedicures. We liked the idea of having our nails «did» at a spa! Our experience was (mostly) better than what we’d likely get (had we went to one of the many strip-​mall nail-​salons around town) Nice spa-​vibe, relaxing pleasant atmosphere, comfy leather recliners, foot-​soaking tubs scented with real flowers etc…
However, when it came time to pay, the manager/​owner said there was a problem with their Groupon device ?? said she wasn’t able to call and resolve the matter etc. She refused to honor my deal, and she wouldn’t even offer any sort of a discount! This all seemed very shady to me. In the end, I laid out $ 150 for two mani-​pedis (WHAAAAT???) yep, on top of the $ 40 I’d already paid.
I called Groupon myself. They said the business mishandled the event, they should have honored my Groupon anyway, they should have called to report any issues etc. On the plus side, Groupon refunded me the $ 40

My wife goes to this spa and encouraged me to get a one hour deep tissue massage. OMG! It was awesome! So much so, I am working on getting a massage once a month like her. This is a place of tranquillity, peace and total relaxation. If you work or experience any pain in your body due to stress, or over worked muscles, this place will help you relieve that discomfort. I will be back and I can’t wait because I know what a treat I am in for. If you go you won’t regret it.

I usually don’t recommend or comment until after I have been to a place a couple times– I had my second Swedish massage and loved it– The staff is friendly, the place is clean and tranquil– extremely nice massage rooms which allow an over the edge ambience that allows total relaxation! I recommend Marena B. :-)

They are one of two full service spas in Arlington. The other one is the T Room at the Tulalip casino. I love this spa, the staff is friendly and the services are affordable. I didn’t know it at the time, but if you are a hotel guest you get 15% off of services. I went back to see if it was too late to take advantage of it and they said no and I saved some money.

I purchased a spa package with a 4hr relaxation treatment and the experience there was wonderful. They started my treatment with a very intrigued and relaxed Swedish Massage. Marena gave me an awesome Massage. I then received an excellent foot treatment while having a great lunch from the Cellar Restaurant from inside the Medallion Hotel, then i had a hot oil treatment done to my hair by April. Then I got to enjoy a terrific Facial with Jenny, a very friendly and thoughtful person. I could not believe the change in the spa after i was there about a year ago. The atmosphere and the staff there was so friendly and nicely decorated. If you ever get the chance, I would highly recommend stopping in and get pampered by the staff members there…
