Smokey Point Cleaner

Don’t go here for alterations! I brought a suit jacket in to get the sleeves shortened and they did a terrible job. They removed two of the four button holes on each sleeve but left the other two so now the buttons don’t match. The buttons were not sewn back on straight and a couple are even overlapping! The hem was not straight either. Overall I was really unhappy. I brought it back but they told me they would not do anything to fix it. I ended up taking it somewhere else to have it done right.

Fast service on drop off and pick-​up. Excellent tailor service with perfect stitching. I have had her take up the length (I’m petite) and she always gets it right and when I find good jackets at Costco they tailor them the way I want it.

I asked them to take off 1 inch off my slacks. They took off way more both pants had a 30 inch length dropping off and when I picked up one pair was 25 inches the other was 26.5 so I went back and asked for money back that’s it. He was absolutely rude and actually argued with me! HORRIBLE BUSINESS OWNERS

Looking for a new dry cleaner who does a good job at a fair price the first time. A neighbor told me to use these folks. Took in three suit boats two skirts and a scarf. Would have been fifty bucks of business for them except they wanted me to pay in advance. What? Seriously? Are you kidding me? I told her that the fact that i am trusting 500 dollars of premium label clothing to them should reason enough for them to desire my business and that i would in no circumstances say her in advance. All she said was sorry. That is our policy. All this after she took twenty minutes to enter the order in the computer. She did not speak english very well and could not type or spell even when i spelled out my name one letter at a time. I will drive to another city before i will pay in advance. Never heard of such a thing!

:((BAD customer relations with the ‘male’ owner! VERY rude, defensive and immature! NOT even willing to listen nor communicate with me about the problem with my garment. To be fair, their cleaning is good — But, because the ‘owner is LACKING in customer service’ and UNWILLING to compromise. I will NOT use them again after this BAD experience! My advice… Find another dry cleaner.
