I have been a patient of Dr Sabharwal’s for 5+ years. Her honest and professional attitude was strong enough to have me travel from Maryland and then DC to go to her office in Herndon. She is very honest and will not push for unnecessary procedures to gouge you or your insurance.
She has opened up her own new office in Arlington, which is right off the Virginal SQ stop which is so convenient. Her great attitude and effort can be seen though the state of the art dental office she has put together.
This is an office and doctor I would recommend to anyone that is afraid of the dentist or has been delaying your visit!

Dr. Sabharwal is a fantastic dentist. I have been her patient for about 5 years now starting at the old office in Herndon and now in Arlington (which is way more convenient to work and home). But the treatment and care was always worth the drive from Falls Church.
I was dealt a very bad set of teeth genetically so I am constantly getting fillings and crowns.
Unlike previous dentists who immediately opt for the most expensive treatment option Dr. Sabharwal always gives me an honest opinion of what needs to be done right away, what can pushed down the road, and what can take a wait and see approach. I always feel well taken care of like she gives my teeth the same care she would give her own.
The cutting edge equipment at her new office is nice. She can show you high-​def digital pictures of the things she is working on so you have a full understanding of what is going on. She is on top of insurance issues so you get the maximum benefits of what is available to you.

In the past, I avoided dentists for years due to a fear of pain and apprehension of getting gouged on excessive charges. I met Dr. Sabharwal and she assured me I would be in good hands on both fronts — and she couldn’t have been more right. She was gentle yet thorough, and always made sure to minimize the pain by asking if I was ‘OK’ throughout procedures. As far as charges and payments were concerned, Dr. Sabharwal would always explain the costs, and work with the insurance to the best of her ability. I never left feeling like I had overpaid for her services like you do with other dentists.
Dr. Sabharwal has been my dentist for over 10 years now, and I’m thankful for having been introduced. With her new office, I couldn’t be happier. It’s in a great location, has a friendly staff, and state of the art equipment. Staff in her new office are attentive and friendly. The office is clean and calming (I love the water fountain), equipment is modern. The dental chairs are so comfortable I almost fell asleep.
