I only came here because my friend had recommended it to me. I got my hair done by the same lady that did hers. I had an ombré and I was wanting to go lighter. She started sectioning it off and applying bleach to it. It was a long process because I have so much hair. She even offered wine and was talking to me throughout the whole process. Next came washing out the bleach and putting on toner. The whole time she’s telling me my hair is already looking good and it’s going to turn out great so I was really excited to see what the finish outcome would be. When she started blow drying it, I could already see the orange and it wasn’t blended at all. I was so horrified I wanted to cry. I’m not the type to complain or yell at anyone for anything, but seeing my hair left me speechless. I asked her why it looked so ombré looked so choppy and she said she was simply just going over it, but I know my hair didn’t look like that before and if it did, it should’ve been her job to fix it. She asked me what I wanted to do with it and at this point I didn’t even want her to finish blow drying it, I just wanted to leave. I wasn’t sure what to do cause this is the first time it’s ever happened to me so I just paid and left. I showed 3 of my friends and their responses were all the same. They couldn’t believe I paid for that.

When my hairdresser moved, I went to several places before I found this one. I go to Zac. The business is professional, very clean, wonderful staff and Zac gave me one of the best haircuts. I’m thrilled that I found them, and they are down the street from where I live. Zac and his wife and their staff are outstanding; have not met one of the staff, on the phone or in person, that is not polite, helpful and very gracious. Not sure how anyone who has not been to this establishment can make a comment or how on one miss-dialed phone call can rate this place, but I am over the age of 60, have had my hair done at a lot of places, and this place is one of the best… and their prices are extremely fair.

Zak listened to what I wanted and did exactly that! What else can you ask for in a hair dresser? I am not savvy with hair or styling, so he even gave me a few tips for the cut which I trusted him to do well. I walked out of there with a darling bob that falls easily no matter how I part my hair. Also, the head massage was perfect, finally a salon that supports your head in that sink so you don’t feel like it’s about to break off! I will be back, Zak!

I have not actually visited this business, and I can say in all certainty that I never will. I called this salon’s number in error today, trying to contact the family who had the phone number previously.(I had been given the number by someone else, and did not know it was incorrect.) The«gentleman»(and I use that term VERY loosely) who answered the phone immediately became irate as soon as I asked for the person I was trying to contact. I tried to explain myself, but he continued to talk over me, yelling and refusing to even allow me to apologize. I ended up hanging up on him because I could not get a word in edgewise. This man is an unprofessional, disrespectful jerk. A simple, «Sorry, wrong number» would have been sufficient. If this is how this salon talks to complete strangers, I shudder to think about what they consider«customer service». I would never, EVER give these people my business, and I would encourage everyone I know to steer clear as well. Shame on you, Settoré.
