Schakolad Chocolate Factory

I have been here a few times now and I must say the location is a bit absurd, but I bet they do a ton of business considering how great their products are.
Chocolate cigars, chocolate aspirin, chocolate toy sized cars — all made of chocolate and are perfect for any occasion whether it be a gift or you simply need something to enjoy. They’ve got it. They do custom chocolate options for you too.
I bought my mom a white chocolate aspirin (a medium sized chocolate bar with the word ‘aspirin’ written on it) and mailed it to her work. She works in a 2 person office for a congressman in Tennessee. She had been under a little stress so I sent it along to brighten her mood. When she opened it a few days later; she called me crying. It made her day. She said she was only going to eat a bite a day, but ended up killing it in 2 days. I told her it is okay to splurge sometimes. haha
I am really happy with their stuff as I said previously. They have truffles of assorted flavors in addition to their varying types of chocolate.
If you’re in alley shops in Crystal City — you should step by to check them out.

Stopped by on the way back to the metro and picked up a small treat for the kids and single truffles for us. There was a decent selection and the service was friendly and efficient.
We didn’t buy much so the price wasn’t too bad (under $ 5 for a chocolate-​covered rice krispie treat and two bite-​sized truffles) but it will add up quick if you decide to splurge on more of the yummy treats.
Normally I’d reserve a 5-​star rating for after at least a second visit, but it’s not likely we’ll end up back here again so since it was a perfectly fine experience I’ll give them five stars straightaway.
