I come here more often than the average individual. Tonight, I did not feel like consuming more than one or two drinks, while my mourning girlfriend was free to drink to her desire, leaving me as the designated driver. Fine by me. After having my couple of drinks, I then requested a glass of water, attempting to be responsible. I was then informed that no individual is eligible to receive tap water after consuming any alcohol and is then obligated to purchase a bottle of water. That is absolutely ridiculous. How in the hell can a drinking establishment not allow the«offering» of free water to a paying customer? We have been here multiples times, however, when my girlfriend requests water they serve her free tap water. But, when I request it, they insist that I pay for a bottle… This is unacceptable! Every drinking establishment should offer free water to anyone who requests it. Period.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Here’s way: This place has zero customer service skills. The staff are utterly disrespectful to their customers. The cashier overcharged me and would not fix his mistake and made me pay it unwillingly(I called the credit card company and disputed the charge). This place really does not know how to treat customers, so I won’t be coming back. They don’t even give water to their customers if they ask. you have to buy a bottle for 3 or 4 dollars. Most of the people who come in this place are real low class scumbags. This place reeks of smoke. The drinks are overpriced. If you decide you want to play pool, beware that the sticks are terrible and the tables are not good for a decent game. I implore you to go to fox and hound or a better pool hall then this. And the music doesn’t play unless you pay for the jukebox.

«Tim» the manager and«boss» is a very disrespectful and has very poor customer service skills. Put my name on the list to get a table and sat down and waited nearly 30 min after being asked if I was on the list I told him yes. He returned and replied our name has been called 5 times when clearly I was sitting there. After he said that I told him thats wrong because all we have been doing the last 30 minutes is listening to the names, he reacts by saying«slow down cowboy» and tries to make a scene. DONOTCOMEHERE. The place is in a much needed renovation.

It is really funny how people whine about establishments requiring people to have ID. The law requires this, not the business. Quit your whining and carry your ID like normal people do.

Me: Do you have cider? Kenneth: What is… cider? So no cider here. However, Kenneth who was manning the bar made me something sweet. Awesome job. Games are a dollar and there’s more than a few pool tables(not to mention a non-smoking room on the other side). People here are REALLY friendly though…

Nasty! My brother and I wanted to hang out and play pool. We had never been to this place before and stopped by after searching for a place to play pool. You walk in and the cigarette smoke hits you. The guy at the bar tells us they have a nonsmoking area and points to the next room. Unfortunately no one who manages or owns this place doesn’t understand that when you have two rooms next to one another with no complete walls separating them, the smoke flows freely from room to room. The stale smoke smell was so gross. After about 15 minutes my eyes were watering and my throat was scratchy. I had to get out of there. My clothes were stinking like smoke. Nasty!!! Spare yourself the stench. Head to Dave and Busters, you’ll pay a little more but it’s well worth it.

I was dragged in this place by my bowling team after we overstayed our welcome on league night at the bar in the alley. I hate smokey bars– My eyes always burn and I usually end up stinking up my car on the way home. While this place has plenty of pool tables and the beer was a– flowing, I wasn’t very impressed beyond the cute bartender that was on duty when we stumbled in– however it could have been the rum goggles! They did have an electric dart board but all the tips were broken or bent(plastic). This place is open 24 hours a day! I think if they just invested a little love into it they would have a much more dedicated following.

Went here with 3 buddies. We all got in, ordered beer & food & pool table except for one buddy which he forgot his id. He’s the oldest one in the group and we’re all over 30’s. So he ended up can’t come in cause no ID. So we all ended up have to leave cause he can’t come in. I know you go by the rules but sometimes you gotta go with your judgment. He obviouse looked over 21 or twice the age. We all ended up heading over the bowling.

I couldn’t get in because the guy at the door wouldn’t let my friend in without her DL/ID. She did not look like a kid, I thought it was BS.
