Don’t. I’m not allowed to just place that one word sentence, but don’t. Don’t. Don’t. I don’t know you. I don’t know what sort of person you are, but don’t subject yourself to this terrible service. Your life is too short already and you have so much left to live for. Don’t.

This location is very unethical when it comes to using a gift card. They will tell you there is less on the card. The service was horrible after they realized we had a gift card. Food was undercooked. This is a bad location others are much better.

Yummy. This was a nice break from thanksgiving left overs and quite. Loved the trio and the kids loved the cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza. The pasta Mare went very fast and was cooked nicely. This was a very relaxed setting. No need for tie unless long wait. Very nice staff, quick service-she is very pleasant and smiley!

I love coming in and listening/eavesdropping on the old people at the bar at the start of happy hour. They have a normal crew that comes in at the same time and it almost reminds me of the bar at Cheers(old tv show). The lasagna is my favorite and I typically just order a glass of wine with lasagna and zone out in a book or small talk. It’s nice in the rest of the restaurant as well. With white papered table cloths and crayons, it makes this upscale-ish place very kid friendly which is a bonus when I want to bring the kiddos along with mommy :)

Need to update my review on Romano’s Macaroni Grill. Been going to Macaroni’s for a long time and I’m a fan. The Italian food they make is very good. I’m a big fan of the Goat Cheese Peppadew Peppers to start with they are wonderful. And the bread that comes with the meal can be very good. The bread needs to be hot and crispy that is when it is the best. The salads cost extra so I skip the salad and for the price of the main course a small salad should be included. I have tried almost all the items on the menu and I have a few favorites Mushroom Ravioli, Carmela’s Chicken, Chicken Parmesan, and Chicken Marsala. These are my favorites but the other items are good. The service and the atmosphere at this Macaroni’s is very good. I never seem to have bad service. In the past there was a wait to be seated on Friday but for some reason they do not have a crowd any more. I wish they would get busy again because I would hate for them to go out of business. So I need everyone to try or go back to Macaroni’s.

The bread they bring out to your table is always served warm. Most importantly they really know how to make a great chicken parm! Perfectly crunchy and moist in the middle. I literally ate until I couldn’t anymore.

Don’t ever go here. Absolutely uncalled for. Horrible service. Bad food. Waitress staring us down throwing the bill on the table grabbing food out from us at the table. Absolutely worst dinner I have ever had. And hand wrote«suggested tip $ 30» on the ticket.

I used a bogo coupon here to get a free lunch, I love free stuff! Food came out fast and it was all great. We ordered parm sub, caesar salad with chicken, and bruschetta. Tip — you must go to what they call Romano’s Kitchen Counter to use the coupon. You cannot sit down and order through a server. Basically it’s food to go, they promise it comes out in 7 minutes. The place was basically empty on a weekday at noon. So my guess would be there is usually little to no wait at lunch time on weekdays. All the employees were really nice.

Lunch-stop on a Tuesday. It was very slow for a fast-cas type of place but it was also the first day of school so I can take that into consideration. The menu-options are very wide-variety and priced intelligently. You’ll find a better deal here than you will at, say, Olive Garden and the food is prepared fresh as opposed to frozen-then-boil-in-a-bag. They offer some lunch specials that come with a fried cheese app, a salad and an entrée for around 10 bucks. My wife had ordered this with penne-caprese(tomatoes, basil, mozz cheese) and it was more than enough food. I had linquine alfredo with grilled chicken and it was fantastic. Large slices of garlic, plenty of chicken and the pasta was lovingly tossed with the sauce prior to plating. How it should be. My only deduction would be for the overall upkeep of this restaurant. Things looked grimy and un-dusted(window blinds, light-chains etc). If they’d have a crew do a deep-clean once in awhile, it would present a better experience. Go for the food though. It’s win-win

Brandon, our server, provided wonderful service. The food was as good as the last time I was there. A definite step above Olive Garden. Now I have lunch for tomorrow, not bad. Ah, rosemary bread.

Luv the mac & cheese bites, Seven Daughters Moscato, and Caprese Salad. Also I must say my family is a fan of the presentation and their presentation was impressive. One star was lost because I had to make several attempts to get our waitresses attention to return a cheese dip with what appeared to be bacon in it. My daughter is a vegetarian so this was kinda a problem… other than that dinner was delish.

Olive garden was packed so we spilled over to this restaurant. Our first time here and it was interestingly different than olive garden. Our fetticine was a bit on the uncooked hard side but other than that we enjoyed our visit. The place was clean and our waiter was kinda slow but not bad. The menu didnt have too many to choose from compared to olive garden but overall we were fine with our first visit. We probably wont make it our first choice when it comes to italian food but the no waiting on busy days are very nice considering the food wasnt too bad.

Wonderfully clean, delicious, generous portions, and friendly staff. You get a lot of bang for your buck at Macaroni Grill, and the staff really pushed it over the top! My group’s only issue was the host, who managed to pour olive oil into a dish, forget the pepper… and the bread. After that it was a wholly pleasant experience! They weren’t too busy and our waitress was able to devote a lot of attention to our table.

I have no complaints about our lunch today. It was all on point! Our server, Calvin was helpful and on top of things. My husband pointed out to me when we were about to leave that he looks like Justin Timberlake. He does!

The express lunch is a debacle. Not only do they treat you like you’re in a school cafeteria, but also offer horrible customer service such as not offering complimentary bread for dine ins. I now understand why customer retention is low for Romano’s. Also, the lunch express food did not taste fresh – as if the meat/poultry has been in the freezer for a long time. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else! If this is your mitigation plan to bring back customers, think again!

My actual rating is probably 3.5 but I am rounding up because I was pleasantly surprised overall. We don’t eat at a lot of chains so our expectations are generally pretty low. Our server, Keith, was great. We ordered an appetizer duo of mac & cheese bites and spicy meatballs. The meatballs were the superior of the two but the mac & cheese bites definitely beat out the TGIF version I had at the airport last week. The rosemary infused bread is always delicious though personally I prefer butter to olive oil as an accoutrement. My entrée was the penne rustica, my husband got the Italian bake. I enjoyed mine, though I took most of it home because it was rather large. The chicken was nicely seasoned, the shrimp cooked perfectly, and the sauce quite tasty. My husband liked his pretty well though not the italian sausage. He gave me a bite and I could see what he meant. It wasn’t bad but it was a weird flavor profile for an Italian sausage and not what we wanted or expected. I ordered one of the ginger cream sodas and it wasn’t really what I had been expecting. They put soooo much lemon and lime in it that it drowned out the ginger ale and the cream didn’t blend in well, it was gloppy. Plus the glass was mostly ice, so it was definitely not worth the $ 3.50 price tag. I’m not sure if refills were included because I just went back to water. I don’t know that we’ll come here too often still because it’s pricey compared to some of our favorite holes in the wall that are superior though farther away, but we had a pretty nice meal regardless so we’d come back if we don’t want to go too far and aren’t as budget conscious. We probably could skip having an appetizer though because the entrees are pretty large.

This was about the worse Italian food I have ever eaten. I work very hard and like to eat good on the weekend. The only reason my wife and I went here is because we had gift certificates, like others that wrote reviews. Calamari was chewy which is the first true test of a good restaurant. The bread is good if you LOVE rosemary and don’t mind spitting out the pieces you can’t process with your teeth. The Mamas trio failed on all three. No red sauce and gross over cooked mushy pasta. Ragu and box spaghetti would have been better. My wife’s mushroom raviolis were good but everything else was huge disappointment. By the way, this is the first time I have ever written a bad review. I am easily satisfied and typically don’t say anything unless is something good. Save your money and go to Prespas or spend the same amount at Olive Garden.

We came here on Mother’s Day. Not because I wanted to, but it was the place with the least amount of wait. The Cheesecake Factory had a 3 hour wait o. O and PF Changs had over an hour. Macaroni Grill only had a 20 minute wait… Our server was Codey. Codey seemed like he didn’t want to be there. He was not friendly at all and did not smile once. He acted like we were burdens. He wouldn’t fill a drink without us asking. Anything we asked he acted like he didn’t want to do it. Maybe Codey had a bad day. I don’t know. We had the calamari for appetizer. Bland. My grandma had Chicken Marsala. Chicken was good, but the pasta was bland. My husband got the Classic italian bake and he liked it. I wasn’t thrilled with it. Maybe I was irritated with out lovely server. I had the pork chop, I forgot the name of the meal. Barely even ate and barely even remember what my entrée looked like or taste like. Needless, to say. I won’t be coming back. Not even on Mother’s Day.

10⁄119:41 server Sam, ticket 40019 The two pastas were superb, and the wine Sam recommended was great. We received numerous check-ins, and were offered to go boxes promptly when we were ready to leave. Eggplant Quadratini — flavorful the pasta was superb texture and full of vegetables the sauce had a lite yet full flavor.
