Pizza Hut

We moved here 2 years ago, and this is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever had the misfortune of ordering from. They constantly leave off toppings, and are EXTREMELY vindictive! I once played one of their spin the wheel emails to get a discount, and won 50% off my next order! So I decided to order pizza for dinner. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, 2 liter and breadsticks. After paying the delivery guy, I opened the box and found our pepperoni pizza had bbq sauce literally POURED all over it! I kid you not, it was easily a quarter inch thick and sloshing all over the inside of the box. Absolutely sickening, and obviously intentional because I’d gotten a discount and the owner didn’t like it. The pizza was ruined and inedible. The Pepsi, of course, had been shaken to the point that it nearly exploded everywhere when I opened it.
I swore them off, but tonight I’m very sick, and my son was begging for pizza. Fine, I ordered against my better judgement. One chicken supreme, one 3 meat, breadsticks with cheese sauce, and a Pepsi. I used the $ 11 deal for the pizza and $ 15 dollar deal. What we recieved was a chicken pizza with no bell peppers and skimpy toppings, and breadsticks that were soaking wet as if they’d been spit on! And no cheese sauce. I’m fed up with this place. Grow up! Pizza places are a dime a dozen, and we have no problem taking our twice a week business elsewhere.

Places an order last night and they told us the order would take 2hrs and 15 minutes. We agreed because we didn’t want to get out last night well after about 2 and half hours it still hadn’t came so we called back and was told that likely it would take about 30 more minutes. I asked would the pizzas be fresh or would they have been sitting for a few hours. She said they are just coming out of the oven. I decided that I would just pick them up because I didn’t want them sitting around getting cold and drying out. When I arrived (about 5 mins later) I was given the total without the «Pizza Hut pickup inspection» so before I pulled my dollars out I reach across the counter and open the box up and find a pizza that is shriveled up and looks like it been under a heat lamp for ages. I said that don’t look like it just came outta the oven. She said what are you talking about. I said it was given a 2 hour wait and here I am 2 hours later after calling in and being told it was another 30 mins out I asked if the pizzas were fresh or had been sitting out and was told they are just coming out of the oven. So I decided I would come pick them up so they would be fresh. Now here I am and there they are and they aren’t fresh. While shaking her head no she said who told you that. I said someone up here. She then said did you get their name. I said nope. She shook her head (clearly upset with me) while she stabbed her keyboard with her fingers and said ill remake them. We’ll having waited about 3 hours now I said well how long is that gonna take she said 10 mins. I guess I’ll wait. After about 10 mins she brings the pizzas out and gave the «Pizza Hut pickup inspection» and asked for my dollars. Now I’m not the type that wants something for nothing and she didn’t do be any favors by remaking what I ordered. All she did was fulfill her end of the deal, fresh pizzas because that’s the only reason I left the house. If I was going out I probably would’ve eaten at one of the 20 other places I passed on the way to the pizza hut so while explaining all this to her she cuts me off and tells me a total about 5 bucks cheaper I said excuse me and she repeated herself in a way like I was mentally ill and half deaf. I gave her the money and left. The pizzas were good but the 3 hour wait and bitchy customer service is what made me Unilocal about it.

THIS IS NOT FOOD!!! On 5÷23÷2014 I ordered a large deep dish. It came in the form of nearly raw dough with zero toppings, cheese, or sauce. 2 hours later they sent me another one that was still disgustingly undercooked, greasy, and room temperature. They offered no further fix. I tried to cook it and eat it out of starvation. It tasted horrible… Like, failure.

I was told that it would take 20 minutes for my order to be ready it took an hour. it took an hour because they were behind and well they have my pizza to another lady that was there after i got there, but because she was complaining so much. and when i asked about it the cashier went to the back. I got no explaination to why or anything. The service here is awful DO NOT GO HERE!!!
