Pizza Hut

Very slow service. The online order estimate is not accurate. I waited about an hour for my pizza. Only choose this Pizza hut if you want to wait for at least 1 hour. Inept staff requires attention from corporate.

Water down sauce. Slow. Wish they let other Pizza Hut expand and we can pick the one across the street. Zone Pizza Hut store is dum. It’s like you stuck with. Until you move out of the zone. Sad.

Ehhhhhhh. I do love some Pizza Hut in a crunch but unfortunately this is the one that delivers to my house. I cannot even count how many times they have screwed up my order. The staff is hit or miss sometimes polite and sometimes down right rude. Food usually shows up wrong or cold.

I am a native arlingtonian and visited the pizza hut at the courthouse all the time back in the 80s until they relocated here. Old staff still remembered me but they changed staff. I only dine in because its the best way to eat pizza hut! Food is always warm, fresh, and delish. Service is attentive and much better than the annandale location where I always felt rushed.

Awful experience. For starters, the order confirmation said 35mins; however, it took upwards of an hour & 15 mins for my food to arrive.
Once I started eating the food, I quickly started to wish it never had been delivered. This was single handedly the absolute worst pizza I have ever had. First, the pizza was completely wrong, and the crust was STICKY, rendering the pizza inedible.
Wings also left little to be desired, flavor was at least ok. I will say that I’m not a Pizza Hut fan, as Dominos and Papa Johns are 100x higher quality and cheaper, but I felt the need to leave this review because this location’s quality of service and food are both truly appalling.
I can’t believe I wasted $ 26 on this garbage, never again.

This place. We ordered ONE pizza at about 8:45 PM. Website said it would arrive by 9:24. 9:42 hit, my fiancé called the store. We got no apology, all the «manager» said was that the driver left ten minutes prior. 10 PM hit and our driver was taking 30 minutes to make a 7 minute drive. Called again. STILL no apology. Some bulls**t about the driver leaving his cell phone and going back for it. And he’d be here soon. It’s 10:12, and our pizza just arrived, and it’s cold. Never again.

Delivery time normally takes AT LEAST an hour and a half and on top of taking forever, your order is normally wrong when they arrive. They also put you on hold for awhile when you try to call to see the status of your order. I love Pizza Hut in general, but I no longer will order from this location because of the horrible service!

Don’t bother calling because you’ll be on hold for over 20 minutes. I drove to the store with my phone showing that I was still placed on hold. Ridiculous. I wouldn’t have bothered reviewing this place, if my food actually turned out good. But my breadsticks were BURNT and I can’t believe they still managed to box that up and gave it to me.
Never again.

When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, I was one of two customers waiting in line with possibly 4 or 5 employees behind the front counter. Two were answering phones, and the other three were on their cell phones or chatting with other workers. The woman in front of me asked for an extra side of sauce for her breadsticks and was met with a blank stare as the employee walked to the bathroom. With four other employees behind the counter, I was not even acknowledged at this point by any staff, and nobody seemed to care. I broadly stated that I was here to pick up an order when another employee walked off to the side room with his phone. The two workers answering calls had their backs turned and didn’t bother to usher any help to the other customer and me. I pulled out my phone and waited 11 minutes before I was helped. This is the last time I will ever use that Pizza Hut location. The food was cold, the store was dirty, the staff was horrible and the experience is one I plan to share with anybody who will read it. Pizza Hut has always been a favorite pizza shop of mine, but I might just skip the trouble and order from Dominos across the street– they always seem to be friendly and can hand me my food within a minute of walking in the store.

Never ordering from Pizzahut ever again!!! Wish i could give half a star. Ordered pizza online with 50% off and when my brother went to go pick it up was charged double the amount! And when I called them when he got back with the pizza they said they couldn’t do anything and hung up on me! Worst ever, bad business!

My girlfriend and I love (loved) ordering the cheesy bites pizza from this location. We usually order for delivery. It was usually fast and never passed the 45 minutes time waiting, but this time we ordered the same pizza and we had to wait ONE hour and by the time it arrived, the pizza was very dried, burnt, and it appeared to not have cheese.
The waiting time was insane taking in count that I only live less than a mile away. Well! The driver left the pizza and left, and It wasn’t till we were on the table and were about to eat that we saw how in bad quality the pizza was. Well so I drove to the place where I ordered from and went to return it.
I arrived to the place and ask to talk to the manager, and he was the one at the counter. I told him what the problem was but he didn’t seem to understand and acted very upset I didn’t know why because I was talking to him very nicely and calm. I don’t know what’s going at this location but I’ve tried this place before and was much better what I didn’t really like was the attitude of the guy. Maybe he didn’t understand that I wasn’t there by choice, or just to give him a hard time. I just didn’t think it was fair paying $ 16.99 for something we weren’t going to eat.

Alright. I know, this is a fast food pizza place. But really, waiting an hour and a half for a pizza that was clearly left out for SO LONG and it arrived cold? We all deserve better. Also, I mean it was SO cold. No matter how «cheap» or open late or whatever, go elsewhere. 711, even. Get it together, pizza hut.

Really wish I could give this location 0 stars. After multiple wrong orders, the straw that broke the camel’s back came today. I ordered and waited nearly two hours for a pizza that never arrived. I called the store and they assured me the driver was almost there. Twenty five minutes later I called again and they told me the driver had arrived, called me, and been informed that I was now «in Canada.» I have no clue what they were talking about. No driver arrived, as I had been waiting at my door the entire time. Never ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

Am I writing a review for a chain fast food restaurant? Yes. should I be ashamed? Probably. Do I care? Absolutely not.
Woke up hung over and dehydrated on a Sunday morning (maybe afternoon) and like most normal people I had two things on my mind: water… and greasy food. After going back and forth with my girlfriend on whether to get chipotle or pizza, we finally decided on the latter simply because we were both immobilized from the night prior, and delivery was the clear option. So I proceed to dial the hut… first mistake. My head is throbbing. Their English is broken. voice decibel level is elevated… but I was on a mission for grease and I wasn’t going to let these people get in the way, so I trucked through the order. 45 minute wait they say.
«45 minutes?»
«Yes.»
“I live 5 minutes away though.”
«45 minutes»
But Tito, most places give you around a 25 – 30 minute wait, are you really going to complain about an extra 15? Well normally I wouldn’t, but when an hour and a half passed and my PIZZA STILL HADNT ARRIVED then yes I’m going to get a little cranky, so I call them up and guess what? Driver still hadn’t left yet.

I. Live. 5. Minutes. Away. Already disappointed at the fact that my pizza was cold and my hang over is no where close to being cured, I decided to put on clothes and pick it up myself, only to be greeted by an inattentive cashier who looked like she was just getting stoned with the people in the back.
Should have read the other reviews. This review is strictly for this location, the Pizza Hut down the street never disappoints. If you want to order pizza, just order from a nearby location

Worst customer service, it took them over one hour and 15 mn to deliver a pizza.
Funny thing is that I live less than 10 mn from the store, the weather is nice and sunny no rain or snow to slow them down.
When I called the store asking about my order 15 mn later after the original 50 mn delivery time, the guy simply said it should be on the way. Unprofessional at all levels.
Delivery guy seemed like he didn’t want to understand English any more so he won’t respond to my question.
Of course the pizza arrived COLD.

Food is what you expect. Service often sub par but don’t expect much. Recommend going a few miles away to fairlington pizza for a better experience.

This Pizza Hut has alway been inconsistent and so bad with delivery. I have waited hours for pizza and it was cold or so flat and gross. I actually do not order from here anymore and refuse to let anyone else in the area.
It was so bad a neighbor and friend emailed Pizza Hut corporate HQ to let them know how horrible they are and the brand we know is not being represented here and the staff doesn’t really care.
Order from another Pizza Hut or pick some up somewhere else.

There was a problem with the online ordering system. After more than thirty min of trying to fix the problem, I called the store. The girl taking the order told me to «call pizza hut corporate IT or something, I don’t know.» The manager told me something unintelligible but basically the same thing. I told him the online deal had a free 2 liter soda (not that it was a big deal about the$ 2 soda) but he was adamant that he couldn’t honor the online deal because it must be my problem. I let him know that I can get my own pepsi and while I do he can enjoy trying to get more customers with that kind of customer service. Now, off to call pizza hut director of corporate IT whom I’m sure would love to troubleshoot my $ 12 pizza problem.

Just ordered my food around 8 and got it here around 8:45ish. Not too bad for a Saturday night even though I do live less than five minutes away from this place.
Either way, my food still arrived hot and delicious. The driver was also very nice.
I was skeptical to order from this place with all the bad reviews but I guess I got lucky with my order. I would order from here again.

Pizza Hut was the best as a kid in the 80−90s. But as Pappa John’s and Domino’s have increased ingredient quality Pizza Hut has cut corners to make cheaper pizza at the same cost.
For this store in general I ordered a pizza lover’s and received a cheese lover’s. First time in years I’ve tryed Pizza Hut and totally disappointed with it all. Never Again!
