I absolutely love this location, it’s been consistent and delicious every time we visit. We always get the family feast and it always satisfies. The staff is friendly and the open kitchen concept is wonderful. Fresh, tasty and worth the wait in line. My family and I dine here often; it fast and fresh food that’s reasonably healthy for a great value, now you can’t beat that; especially for a family of 6. When it’s busy, it’s busy and their slammed, but you see them working and you see them hustling… It’s a popular and busy place because it’s fresh and the healthiest choice among the surrounding fast food establishments, like I said though, It’s worth the wait.

SLOW!!! After I finally got my food after 20 minutes (c’mon it’s Panda Express, not some fancy Chinese Cuisine) the cashier had the nerve to tell me, not ask, tell me to ‘hold on just a sec’ — instead ‘thanks for waiting’. And didn’t really have made what I wanted.
We finally get these awesome food places in the Arlington area — but then it gets blown by terrible customer service, or low to none sense of urgency

Panda Express as a whole is pretty decent. This particular location is not. When the owner/manager guy is in there, you definitely get less food, and most of the more expensive stuff like shrimp is not hot and ready. The cleanliness of the establishment is pretty poor. They never seem to give you fortune cookies, you have to ask for them, and they are usually out of singles, so they make you buy their small packs of them. The food is usually just barely warm at best, so I assume its been sitting there for some time.

I’ve never had a poor experience at this Panda Express. If you’re reading this review you’ve either never heard of Panda, or you’re an employee/manager at this particular establishment. Well kudos if you’re one of the latter!
Allow me to give you the 411: Panda is a typical fast food eatery that serves American Chinese recipes such as: chow mein, fried rice, and sweet & sour this-and-that to name the most obvious items.
Since day 1 this place has had a steady flow of people in & out with a lunchtime crowd backed-up and out the door. This tells me they’re doing something right! The place is clean, well stocked, and fresh. Order to go or dine-in. Enjoy

This is one of my favorites. Been to a few of these. Would say this one is among the top for food and cleanliness. But there is good with the bad.
Good:
Food is delicious.
Enjoy the easy $ 30 family order. (Some items add $)
Bad:
Always almost out of what you want. Almost always have to wait. If you leave and come back. Your food will be done and all bagged up nice and not quite full. (Since when do you not pack those China box’s…)

Pretty good, clean bathrooms and clean tables which is pretty impressive with the quick turn around in customer traffic. Employees were friendly and the food was better than I remember. My kids had the panda Jr meals which were actually hearty portions for kids meals and the kids really liked their meals followed by the yummy chocolate chunk cookie.

Customer service is good. However I feel they need a Heath inspector in there. It’s always a crapshoot eating there. About half the time, I end up punishing the toilet within an hour of eating there. It’s one of my families favorites, but I try not to eat there if I can help it.
