Orthodontics by Birth, Stewart & Fletcher – Arlington

I got my braces off 4 years ago while my teeth were not ready. Good judgement call would say that I obviously needed another 3 – 6 months to fix a small but noticeable gap in my front teeth. To make things even worse, my gap would grew wider though out the day until I put my retainer back in at night. They never offered me a day time or built-​in retainer that I so obviously needed! At the time I was still a child and did know to tell the ortho that I was not ready! Went back to another orthodontist to fix the gap with Invisalign.

My son has been seeing Dr. Jergensen since November of 2011, and I must say I have been rather pleased with the level of service provided at this location. Before choosing Dr. Jergensen I did thorough research on the different orthodontic offices in our area. Having had a bad experience with my own orthodontia treatment in my teens I was eager to seek out quality care for my child, as treatment is often measured in years. Other doctors wanted to remove anywhere from 1 – 3 of my sons permanent teeth before treatment could start. After out initial visit with Dr. Jergensen I was sold, and not only because of my research, more so because his treatment plan actually made since. Perhaps, it was because he was the first doctor that actually detailed the plan. He didn’t want to do anything invasive or uncalled for just to make his job easier. As a consumer, I appreciated that. As a mother, I applauded his measures. Every visit my son is treated as an individual by his techs, and not just «the kid getting worked on». In addition, I am always treated as part of the team by the technicians and Dr. Jergensen. I would recommend this office, and orthodontist to any and all.

Dr. Jergensen creates an atmosphere where I felt comfortable asking questions about my children’s needs. The office was pleasant and his staff was friendly. I would encourage anyone to go to see Dr. Jergensen.

I recently got my braces off after about two years. I am quite pleased with the results and very much enjoyed working with Dr. Jergensen — he was always pleasant and always willing to take the time to answer all of my questions (I might have had more questions than most as an adult patient). And, like I said, the end result was great! I would recommend him most highly!

I went to Dr. Jergensen for my crowded lower teeth and in less than 12 months I had a perfect smile. He gave me the choice of traditional braces or Invisalign. I chose the latter and was highly satisfied. The whole process was simple, well-​outlined, and painless. Dr. Jergensen was both caring and professional, highly recommendable.
